During our recent stay at the The Stanford Park Hotel, I discovered an elegant retreat strategically situated near downtown Palo Alto and Stanford University. This upscale establishment effortlessly marries sophistication with a distinct character, offering a refined ambiance that caters to both leisure and business travelers. The hotel's prime location provides convenient access to the vibrant city center and the esteemed university, making it an ideal choice for those seeking a central hub in Silicon Valley. The overall atmosphere is characterized by a refined charm, creating a unique and inviting ambiance for guests. A noteworthy highlight is the meticulously maintained pool area, surrounded by lush greenery, providing a serene space for relaxation. Additionally, the on-site restaurant complements the overall experience with a diverse menu and attentive staff, ensuring a delightful dining experience. The Stanford Park Hotel is more than just accommodation; it is a sophisticated retreat that seamlessly combines convenience and style. For those in search of an upscale yet welcoming establishment in Palo Alto, I highly recommend The Stanford Park Hotel for an unparalleled experience in refined hospitality

Mid Dec2024 Stately, modern, sophisticated, and Stanford themed hotel with an excellent location. Spent a couple of nights and we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were well kept and modern. Particularly impressed with the coffee machine which is a premium model. The hotel layout is easy to navigate and filled with interesting photos of renowned Stanford personalities and figures. The decor and furnishings and the little touches are typically Americana . Extra amenities come through a welcome snack bar area in the morning and afternoons with pastries and drinks. Their pool area is outdoors and a bit tepid but in a nice secluded spot. Their outdoor courtyard is inviting with outdoor fireplaces at night times. The only food outlet is the resto and bar which I think is a bit small as sound carries loudly when filled with people so it isnt exactly inviting for private conversations. Their gym is spacious enough though some of the equipment is not of the latest models. The main asset is the hotel's proximity to the campus and its location along El Camino St and the major shopping complexes at Palo Alto and Menlo Park. Definitely a great place to stay for families and those familiar with the Stanford community.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel during my business trip. The location is good, the rooms are comfortable, and the staff is excellent. The corridors had photos of famous Stanford alumni, which added to the character. I liked seeing Katie Ledecky everyday on my way to my room! The door staff was quite helpful, throughout my stay. The reception staff (e.g. Ahmed) were kind and humorous, which made my stay relaxed and lively. I loved the personal touch with the notes on the cards in the room, from the housekeeping staff. I was also happy to see my Amazon packages delivered to my room. Altogether, the personal touch is what made my stay! The gym needs immediate attention, for a hotel of this stature. The facilities are archaic, and needs to be upgraded. There is only limited equipment and platforms in the gym. Altogether, it was a major disappointment since I was planning to catch up with some gymming during my stay. The pool, I wished was a bit more comfortable and usable. I went there at 7:30 AM, and cleaning was still going on. For business visitors, morning time is important, and the pool should be ready on time. In addition, this is an outdoor pool, hence not always as comfortable as indoor pools.

Pure staycation perfection! CC at the front desk was so warm and welcoming and Diego made every meal special. The whole team is incredible. Don’t miss the French toast at brunch or the Cajun shrimp pasta at dinner at Menlo Tavern—both are absolutely delicious. Can’t wait to return!

An exceptionally warm hotel stuck so we'll in time with the modern ties coexisting so perfectly with the fireplaces in the rooms and in the lobby. Staff are warm and helpful at all times. But mostly it is the vibrant buzz of the place that I like the most. Conveniently located near the Uni
