Urban Outfitters — Local services in Palo Alto

Urban Outfitters is well-known for their clothes, quirky housewares, trendy shoes, and for stealing products from artisans. I would not buy from the company, but occasionally I visit while at the shopping center. Their products are almost exclusively overpriced, and the quality really carries. Most of the clothing is very trendy, and the clearance racks are always filled to the ceiling with cheap polyester clothes. Straightforward store with clothing and other things that are fun to browse. It is a stereotypical Urban Outfitters, but it brings some fun diversity to the mall with cheaper clothing options and other things you won't find elsewhere. Typically I go here if I am looking for more of a jokey gift, but the products are still good quality. They offer shirts that are funny and cute (among standard designs) which are fun for going to concerts...

Ordered 2 different pairs of denim jeans online at 30% off. First pair came in 2 weeks. They weren't the pair that I ordered. Although the receipt showed the right pair. ?? Decided to go into their Stanford store to return them with a copy of my original order. They gave me a credit, but I really wanted what I originally ordered, so they ordered them for me with the 30% off. Now 1 month since original order....
