Do not come here for ANYTHING, I am sure there are much more reputable places in the Milwaukee area. Worst experience ever! I had gotten a DUI a few months prior to my first visit and was instructed to install an Ignition Interlock Device on my vehicle in order to keep my driving privileges. The Interlock company instructed me to go to this place for my install and for its 2 month device "servicing" because it was the closest to my residence. About 4 months in, the device started counting down days until the servicing (which if you go past will lockout your car and you will NOT be able to start it until the device is changed out with the "serviced" replacement). I talked to the Interlock company on Monday to make sure the new "serviced" unit would be there on time, which it was, then looked to schedule a time to bring my car in and have it changed. On Thursday, I called a few times and finally left a voicemail 2 days prior to my cars lockout taking effect, with no answer or return phone call. Even though the serviced device had already been received on Wednesday. On Friday, with 20-some hours left until my car would be completely locked out, I called a few more times and left another voicemail that Friday morning; No calls returned at all. Shortly after calling, I got quite involved with my work and forgot all about my car. I worked throughout the weekend and the following Monday I go to get in my car and am reminded by the now locked out device that the guy STILL has yet to call me back. I called and within 1 or 2 rings the phone picks up. I was shocked. I tried arguing that my calls were never returned, that I had left voicemails, and that the serviced device was received the prior Wednesday. All of that was completely denied by the only guy I have ever seen working there. I even went as far as asking him if he could come out to my place of residence that was less than 4 miles away and replace the device (its literally one computer-like cord with two thumb screws - a monkey could do it with ease). That was denied as well because, once again, "I never called him"
All that aside, this is the ideal look of a failing car stereo shop; more than half the demo boxes in the show room were completely empty, sale tags on items that were months expired, and magazines from 2 and 3 years ago were there to read while sitting on the beat up old garage couches. Yesterday,Chris installed the Python Responder One 2 way system in my daughters Sonata and he did a great job as promised,and my little Princess and I couldn't be happier with how well it's working,which...it should. He even offers to remove the system free of charge if there is a need to relocate to another vehicle.There is probably a nominal reinstall fee . I would Highly recommend Sounds Audio to anyone wanting anything installed in their cars..The guys here are Extremely knowledgeable and professional..My girlfriend bought me a remote starter from BestBuy last Christmas and it worked fine last winter..It was recently acting up -so I stopped at BestBuy and dealt with a very unknowledgeable installation employee named Nick who basically told me it's 150% an issue with my car(even tho he didn't check the remote starter)..He tried to tell me theres no way it could be the remote starter.And if he checked it and it wasn't the Remote starter-I owe them $50 dollars for checking it.So to possibly avoid being scammed by BestBuy, I stopped by Sounds Audio and Chris Bergman simply reset the Remote starter and it works great again..Took him like 5 minutes.Thanks and once again-I really Highly recommend Sounds Audio to anyone wanting to have anything installed into...
