Noodles and Company — Restaurant in Menomonee Falls

I wouldn't even give it a 1 star if it wasn't required to leave a review. Do not advertise Zoodles if you don't have them. The parent who can't eat noodles won't enjoy watching the rest of the family eat dinner while she sits there without a meal. Not only was I told that they were out of Zucchini but when the person brought my families food indicated that someone was washing the Zucchini, in case I still wanted to order. The order was wrong wrong and had to be sent back, every available table was filthy and there was 1 clean fork to be used unless you used plastic. let me add that the people at the table next to us were here before us, my family were served before them. When the lady asked where their food was, she was informed that it was on the counter and bagged as a to go order and had been sitting there. So not only did their food have to be remade but they were given the food that sat on the counter and handed free bowl coupons as well as I was given 1 biwl coupon. So 4 meals that were paid for caused the store to take a additional 5 meal hit. Absolutely RIDICULOUS!...

I love Noodles and company and I think their food is great but... The last time I ate there, was 8-18-23, my friend and I just wanted a quick bite to eat so we had takeout. The noodles were very under cooked and very hard you could barley bite them. Not only this but I have visited here before and got treated absolutely terrible. The employees are very rude towards you and do not communicate well. As well as they barley even put any noodles in the bowl they give you mind you I get buttered noodles in a regular bowl so I'm paying for more noodles, but it is not worth it because they don't fill the bowl up. I get that the service industry is high in demand looking for people working and stuff. About a month ago I waited with a friend for more than an hour for food at 7 pm at night!! And when we asked about it they said it was just sitting at the counter and it was cold when we got it. All they said was that they were sorry which is fine but I received cold food... Anyways if you want to go here I would definitely recommend going somewhere else that is worth your...

Went to Noodles in Menomonee Falls to spoil myself with a little meal for my birthday today. I ordered buttered noodles with a side of mac n cheese). All of the noodles listed below almost broke my tooth, as they are rock solid. There was only about 3 people in the store including myself, so not busy at all. Not to mention, the woman at the cashier register, “Ms. Nikki” whom placed my order, walked away about 3 times while she was placing my order & when I put my card in, walked away so I waited and finally said so… do I need a number or something? she responded no so i walked away after paying…

Everyone working seemed pestered so I went on with my day & was thankful for the food I was given, as I am a loyal customer; however, also disappointed as it is my birthday & just wanted a quick meal after getting off work.
