Water Street Pub and Grill — Restaurant in Menomonee Falls

This place is a dump, and the owners nor the bar manager have any clue how to run a successful business. Kimi is rude, and the worst bartender I have ever had in my entire life. If she was anyone else but the bar manager's girlfriend, she probably wouldn't be employed. They overcharge for mediocre food that they CONTINUOUSLY lower the portion size on. The place is disgusting. None of their liquor bottles are covered overnight, which leads to fruit flies all over and in your drinks. Overall, this is the worst bar in Menomonee Falls, and I recommend you go to any other establishment to spend your hard earned cash.

EDIT: Due to one of the owners and bar manager threatening to seek legal action if I don't silence myself. Everything stated is not only true, but verifiable with pictures and text conversations. As a business owner myself, know that you can't sue for libel for an online review that is verifiably true. I have already spoken to my attorney about this, who agrees that my statements were valid, and an extension of my first ammendment rights as a paying customer. We came on an early Friday for the fish, myself my daughter and fiancé, we love trying new places and this was a place I was excited to try! Family date night! Walking in we were immediately met with confusion, no one directed us on where to sit, we found a high top and sat down, we waited about 15 mins and we weren’t sure if we supposed to order from the bar or if there was a server, eye contact was exchanged with multiple employees but it felt so awkward and no one offered us help or direction! There were only two other tables with people and they were in the back. We were getting ready to leave but we were finally greeted, so decided to give it a shot. Ordered the cheese curds, they were tasty but the basket looked like we got ends and pieces and not very many for the price, the baked fish was okay, not mad about it, the server only gave us one round of drinks and took order and someone else dropped food off and we didn’t see the server again until it was time to pay. I moved in the Menomonee Falls area from Texas about 10 months ago. I always would see a decent crowd at this place and the food reviews were good, but never had a chance to stop in. My neighbor convinced My boyfriend and I to try it out w/ him so we did Friday evening. The bar itself is a decent small place to pop in and have a drink. The atmosphere and customer service was terrible. The bartender Kim/Kimmie idk who served us was rude. Very stand offish It was almost like she didn’t want to serve us. We ordered drinks/Shots and before she could finish pouring them she immediately asked “Who is paying for this” we all looked at her like we literally just got in here and ordered nor was you aggressive and ask anybody else there that.
