Mequon Vacuum Center and Repair — Attraction in Mequon

Always pleasant, knowledgeable and helpful even with the smallest issues. Two recent visits, one with a broken cord bracket for my Panasonic upright and one with a Panasonic canister. The upright was fixed for a few $ with a retro fit generic part that I installed and works great now. They could have ordered a rather expensive part. The canister needing a new foam filter and getting the large cover back in place which had come off. I was charged $5 for the filter only.

Update2023. I just purchased a new upright vac here today. Not a top line one but I still got lots of answers to all my questions and wasn't rushed. I appreciate that my budget was taken into consideration and I wasn't pushed to buy a much pricier vac I was offered to take a floor model home which I did and it really helped in my decision to purchase.. Well I thought I found a great place nestled in a good area I gave pets so vacuums are important we’ve brought vacuums over the years this past month my husband brought in two vacuums one being a dyson they got our dyson mixed with another crazy thing was if it was our ms or the others they were “waiting on a hose” humm both dyson needed the same part? So then when I went to pick up my dyson I requested to see the broken part “the hose” this hose didn’t come off my vacuum what they didn’t know is I took this hose off to try to clean it myself before bringing it in and it didn’t have one hole in it so unfortunately I will be on the search to take my business else where because we were charged for a part that I know for a fact wasn’t broken. Sometimes you have to let a person lie to you to see if they really want your business. Sorry not sorry do...

Best knowledge and service in the world! If you go to a big box store you are making a big mistake!

These people know their stuff inside and out. They actually listen to what you want/need and sell you what you want/need as opposed to what they are pushing or trying to get rid of.

And the service is unbelievable. I brought in my vacuum I purchased from them that had all of a sudden stopped working and they knew the exact problem immediately (dumb user error!). They fixed it within 2 minutes, gave it a quick once over to make sure no other problems and even did a preventative belt change while I was there. You think BBuy or some other big box store would have done all that and so quickly? No way!
