Patio Life — Attraction in Meridian

My wife and I went into Patio Life out of curiosity. It is an amazing store. We had the pleasure of meeting Jason and Sara who own and operate the store with their kids.

They are truly a wonderful couple and listening to their story of how they got into the outdoor lifestyle business was amazing. They really want to help everyone have a wonderful and welcoming outdoor space.

I had been looking into putting a hot tub in our backyard for some time and had been researching the local dealers for best price and quality. I was not even aware that Patio Life sold hot tubs. After talking with Jason, I purchased a Dimension One spa from them. Their price was amazing for the quality of spa I bought and the warranties it comes with. What also is amazing is that it was delivered by their boys. Ine of their sons is a qualified spa technician who comes out every week for the first few months to check your spa chemicals and condition free. I did a lot of research and comparing different spas and companies. I would recommend you don’t get a spa from anyone else!

Aside from our spa, we now go back regularly for any of our outdoor needs. They carry only the best and most durable products.

I had been looking for patio furniture for some time, using various online services and local stores such as Lowes, Home Depot, etc. Nothing was what I wanted -- cheap materials, thin cushions, no pizzazz. Also, many of the stores didn't have actual samples of the furniture so you had to "trust" them.

I decided to visit Patio Life as they have a great showroom. Sara (owner) is awesome! We evaluated a number of different sets and color combinations. I ended up with a fabulous sofa, swivel chairs, cube chairs and table in a custom color. It arrived way faster than I figured it would and I love it!

What is most important to me is the personal service provided by Patio Life. They listened, visited my space, worked with me on various options and were happy to change things if they didn't work (I bought an umbrella, but it didn't cover as much as I need, so they took it back!).

I plan to buy more from them. They aren't the cheapest around, but you definitely get what you pay for! I highly...

Given how well this store has been reviewed had to post my opinion and a healthy dose of skepticism toward the other reviews. Is one of the first times I've left a review for a place I did not spend money in but felt mislead.

Went in shopping for patio furniture and was shocked by how egregiously over priced all the furniture was. If I felt the quality of the furniture was justified I would have not posted a review. However the caliber of the furniture did not come remotely close to warranting the sticker tags.

An example was a floor model L couch had a tag of 8600$ for it that was to be sold as is. The material was what appeared to be regular fabric and was light on the stuffing with a metal frame, nothing intricate about it. Only could find a couple pieces in the store that were decently comfortable but triple the price of what you would pay comparably elsewhere.
