Pros- New franchise eatery. Christian-based, closed on Sundays. Good location and plenty of parking. Outdoor seating is a plus. Spacious interior. Tables cleaned quickly. Order at the register, and then they'll give you a numbered flag and find a seat. Food came out quickly, with metal utensils, napkin & pita bread with garlic-potato spread. (super tasty!) Madison was on the register, doing a great job on her first day. Jared was running the food & bussing tables with a smile. He has a warm personality that really added to my experience! Madison came out to wipe tables when not needed at the register. Great team spirit! I ordered the 1/4 chicken lunch topped with basil-lemon (highly recommended!), and it came with a choice of 2 sides. I was very pleased to see that baked potatoes are available, but I opted for their hummus (hopefully made in-store?) & their Greek coleslaw. Chicken was moist and full of flavor! I should have ordered a full bird because it was so good. Hummus was also good as expected for a Mediterranean establishment. Coleslaw was fresh. No tipping is required, but be sure to thank the employees for doing a great job. (You can always slip them a couple of bucks!) I'll definitely return to try more of their menu. . Cons-Noisy! They have an acoustic ceiling, but the sound is still very loud when busy. TV & music add to the customer talking. Kinda pricy. Opening day, everyone still learning as they go. No drive-thru option. 1/4 chicken still seemed small for the price but perhaps good for kids. Coleslaw was dry with only a little Greek-style salad dressing on top. . I will update my review on...
Read moreIf you’ve ever wondered what happens when soy sauce takes an unexpected Mediterranean vacation, look no further. This restaurant, if you dare call it that, offers a unique fusion of flavors that can only be described as "confusing at best."
Picture this: a bowl of coleslaw drenched in soy sauce, boldly masquerading as Mediterranean cuisine. It’s a culinary plot twist that left my taste buds questioning their very existence. And let’s talk about the butter—an enigma wrapped in mystery, served alongside a tray reminiscent of a stylish prison cafeteria.
The owner must have a travel agent who specializes in imaginary journeys, because the flavors here have likely never crossed the Mediterranean. Sugar and garlic are abused with reckless abandon, as if they were the only ingredients left on Earth.
Despite the hefty promotion budget, this place is a masterclass in how NOT to do Mediterranean food. Calling it "bland" is an understatement; it’s like calling Boise the new Beverly Hills—ambitious, but utterly misguided.
In summary, if you’re in the mood for a culinary adventure that defies geography and logic, this is your spot. Otherwise, save your appetite for a meal that doesn’t involve soy sauce in places it should never be. God help us all!

Read moreWe ordered a to go order. It was ready when we got there, First time trying this establishment. We ordered a whole Basil Chicken, Greek Slaw, and baked potato, with the addition of a Greek Salad. This may well be the best rotisserie chicken we have ever had. Tender, juicy, very flavorful. The Greek Slaw was very tangy, but really good, also. We liked everything. We will be back. I can’t speak to the atmosphere because I didn’t pick it up. The chicken was also very clean, something that we really appreciate. We look forward to trying more of the food at Chicken Delite. Still eating delicious leftovers.
We made a second order a few nights later. Again, excellent flavors of well prepared food. We did add an order of lentil soup. It was pretty amazing. Eventually, we’ll branch out to try more of the variety their menu offers. Right now we are delighted with the basil chicken. Moist all the way through without being greasy. This establishment clearly cares about quality of their food and the quality of how the food is prepared. Attention to detail, fresh ingredients, cleanliness, and flavorful food make this restaurant a...
