Terrible customer service. My boyfriend and I bought a bracelet each to celebrate my birthday. Matching heart chains with each others initials on a gold charm. Went back a month later because my chain got stuck on something and stretched, misshapening the hearts and making it way too big for me. Woman at the counter was on the phone and had me wait ten minutes while she finished her conversation. When she was able to tend to me, I let her know I was looking for a trim and reweld. She immediately got defensive with her tone, emphasizing that because it was my fault "for not being careful with my jewelry", that they were going to charge me the $10 fee. I had known about the fee and confirmed I was aware, but her tone was a great turn off. She got to work, but had to undo my bracelet three times because she wasn't being careful about the orientation of my charm. The conversation was horrid too. First she laughed at the fact that my boyfriend had a heart chain, and when I pointed out that he was the one who chose it, defended it by saying that men typically don't go for something so feminine. Okay? Mine did lol. Then in reference to the charm, asked if he had my initial on his bracelet. I said yes, and she said, verbatim, "Well, at least if or when you two break up, you can just switch your charms"...???? Not clever, and not funny lol. Incredibly unnecessary and at this point my mood was incredibly sour. I paid the $10 and left as soon as I could. My bracelet has since gotten caught on a branch and stretched out once more, incredibly easily for having only had it three months, I might add. But I will NOT be returning. Horrible attitude and customer service! Do NOT get permanent jewelry here! I had gotten my linked jewelry done here multiple times by one of the employees and she was always kind and I always enjoyed her service, though the jewelry she welded on me never stayed on. This time I came in like I normally have to after a few months to get the permanent jewelry fixed. The regular employee I always had was not there instead it was the owner who I had never met. I told her that I needed it put back on to then be berated and questioned by the owner! She became very rude and aggravated then proceeded to tell me that she would be charging me a $10 fee for the service, which I had never been charged before! I explained this calmly to her but she replied very I aggressively and then asked if I still wanted it done. I sat down and went through with the process and by then she had calmed down her demeanor but made very accusatory comments while she was handling the jewelry. I WAS a loyal customer of Millie Grace but will NEVER return after this experience. DO NOT GET PERMANENT JEWELRY HERE!! Save your money and...

Above and beyond customer service! I received a gift card over Christmas for a bracelet installation service and was so excited to use it. I was able to easily make my appointment online, they had multiple appointment times that work with various schedules.

When I got to my appointment I was warmly greeted and welcomed. I brought my 6 year old niece with me and she was treated like royalty. You don’t usually expect that from an appointment based boutique.

Even though the appointment was just for me, they accommodated having her get a bracelet as well. They helped you pick the perfect bracelet and the install was so quick.
