Vineyard Vines Outlet — Attraction in Merrimack

Unfortunately I felt unwelcomed at Vineyard Vines. When I asked nicely to get help to grab a pair of blue kids shorts from highest shelf, the sales lady purposely put it on another table where it would be hard to reach over to grab instead of handing it to me, and I was right next to her. Very subtle, intended action that was very unpleasant. I clearly got the message that she was displeased for being asked to help. What a shame as it ruins their brand image. Terrible! Ordered a blazer for a wedding. After 10 days with no shipping info I have to call, three calls later they finally tell me it will be there in time. Jacket comes as promised(day of the event), not even close to the jacket I ordered. Another hour and a half of talking on the phone with "customer service" and passed along up to management still nothing! Instead of making it right I got no return phone call and a better luck next time. Unhappy that I had to even rate this experience with one star, it doesn't...

You can get some good discounts here but the staff leave something to be desired. They seem to be there to socialize more than anything else. Several seemed annoyed that they had to get out of my way when they were talking so that I could actually see the product. I’m not surprised that the teens that work there act like that since the two older staff, who I’m assuming we managers, seem to be doing the same thing. Unusual for an upscale place.
