Falcon Field Park — Attraction in Mesa

The park is located next to the Falcon Field Airport. The main parking lot was pretty big...but there is parking lot of about 15 or so spots that is closest to playground. In front of that lot, there is an area where you can see some parked planes. From the parking lot, you have direct access to the play area (not shaded and very small and basic equipment) and there are restrooms too and water fountains nearby. The restrooms building was decorated with a black and white historical (?) photo. There were a few ramadas too that you could sit under for shade and there is no sidewalk in the park itself. To get to the basektball, volleyball and horseshoes court, you have to cross the grassy field. The nice thing is all these sports areas are...

Lots of shelter space. There are 7 large multi-family canopied picnic areas, volleyball, tennis, horseshoe area and and a nice children's play area. The rest rooms are clean and close to all areas. There is a beautiful memorial to pilots that trained here for the second world war, both American and Others. If it weren't that the Mesa Parks department seems to have abandoned this Parks lawn areas to the moles, it would be a place for several green area uses. As it is, the lawn areas are unsafe for walking or for lawn games due to massively uneven and hole filled waste...

Nice little park my friends. Next to Falcon Field Airport. If you like planes, helicopters, Landing and taking off, we'll my friends, this is a nice little park with tables, bbq grills, play ground for the rug rats, I mean the little kids, I see bath rooms 🚻 and that's nice too.
