I don’t like leaving negative review but here goes. I came in this morning & ordered my drink. When they handed it back to me there was zero coffee in it. It was a pure white hot cup of sweet cream. When I polity mentioned that they might have forgotten something the barista immediately gave me attitude. She turned to the other woman who made it & they both insisted that they put coffee in it. I had the lid off to show her. Anyone could have seen it was pure white. I so mentioned again that there was no coffee in it. I even tasted it in front of her & said, yeah there’s no coffee in this. She insisted there was. We went back & forth for a few moments & she finally said she make it again, kinda rude. I mentioned that’s not necessary, just add the coffee. She told me she already added coffee & she cousins give me any away for free… but stated that she would make it again…. Is that giving away coffee for free? So I waited & got my coffee. I was late to my appointment (used the app so I wouldn’t be) and annoyed but what ever I got my coffee. It’s been a busy day so I stopped by the same Starbucks in the afternoon, this time I did not check my coffee to stir it like I normally did because I felt weird being in there from this morning. Guess what. No coffee in this drink & no sweat creme. WTH? Why cant baristas just admit it when they make a mistake? They will just argue w a customer then make me feel like I’m the jerk. Then get it wrong again. I will never visit this Starbucks again. I spend money w this company every day, I can tell you when the baristas make my drink wrong & I know what ingredient they left out when they do get it wrong. Business 101x don’t argue w your customers & be snippy especially when you’re wrong. So annoyed w this...
Read moreTuesday morning my son and I went through the drive thru and ordered our drinks. They were special order, extra drizzle. Not hard to get right. Well, they were made wrong. When I asked the older lady working at the window to please make my drink correctly, I spoke to her nicely, with respect, she told me it was right and she wouldn't remake it. Then my son's drink didn't have the correct extra caramel drizzle, we asked if she could please do it correctly and add more. They put one thing line of caramel around the top edge of the cup. She yanked the cup out of my hand, got a new cup, put a thin squiggly line of caramel in it, and basically told us to just deal with it. I've never encountered such a rude barista in my life. I only requested that our drinks were made how we asked for them. It was a simple thing. I paid good money for them. I expect them to be made as ordered without someone giving me a nasty attitude. Even when she was being rude, I remained polite. I will never again go to Starbucks on McKellips and Greenfield again. Sad that I had to go to my regular Starbucks to have our drinks made correctly at their cost. She definitely needs more training on how to follow directions and not be rude and nasty to nice, good...
Read moreApprox. 2:50 pm 12/13/17. Two guys working today. Clean shaved guy was pretty rude even though he did not get my order right. Sticker clearly stated extra praline topping, extra Carmel brulee topping, and add salt topping. The brulee topping was there but no see salt and no praline topping. I went back to ask if they had the toppings available thinking maybe they don't since they weren't added. Instead of letting me finish the question he cut me off mid sentence saying "your going to have to wait a minute". I just wanted an answer to the question and I would have happily waited for him to add the toppings if they were available. I was obviously put off by this and I'm sure he could tell by my facial expression so he reluctantly dumped the praline topping in my drink. I've had good and bad experiences with customer service here but mostly bad. The store on power and McDowell is well worth the drive to avoid this place.
Terrible service again 11-24-24, seems to be a trend with this location. Employees can't be bothered with...
