I ordered a pair of shorts that were too small. I didn’t really see much difference in these shorts and my regular ones, so paying $50 for shorts that are supposed to be max comfort and tummy control I decided to give them a try in a larger size, so I asked for an exchange. I sent the item back and didn’t hear anything for about a month. I finally reached out (and the person who helped me was very helpful!) and they told me that they had issued me a gift card because the large size was sold out. She said these often go to spam. But, the new email with the gift card came right through and I checked spam and junk and trash and found nothing. It was odd there was no communication about the status of the order. I was just here waiting for a new pair of shorts lol. They told me I could also have a refund so I asked for that. But the bummer was that they didn’t refund me the price of shipping or the package protection - which I bought just in case I needed an exchange. It doesn’t seem fair that I only asked for a refund because the item I wanted to exchange for was sold out. I wish that could have been refunded that or they would have been clear about that before offering me a refund. I’m not sure if I would’ve had to pay these fees again if the exchange had gone through. Regardless be aware you may come out losing money. It’s not easy to return...

I found Alexander Jane on TikTok almost a year ago now. Since then I have placed multiple orders with them for everything from some of my favorite jeans and shorts to incredible bralettes. Sarah and her team are incredible. They have always been amazing with exchanges due to sizing and any questions I’ve had about orders. They have recently released their own line of AJ exclusives and both items I have bought from their line have been amazing! I love love love their AJ leggings and their essential skinny strap bralettes (I have 4 and wear them almost every day). I cannot wait for the Henley that I ordered as well as the Juliette bralette that I have had my eye on for ages. I just had yet another amazing experience with Alisha over TikTok about what appeared to be an order mix up. Turns out everything is all set and I should get both items with no problem. I’m just always so impressed with them I wanted to come here and make sure people looking into buying from them know that it is definitely worth it! I 100% recommend...

I ordered two pairs of these shorts and paid 1 for each for “free returns and exchanges” through redo. Both pair were too big and fit awkward. When I went to go return them I was told both pairs were not eligible for free returns, the only things that were covered by were free exchanges and return for store credit only. These were for a vacation I am going on and didn’t have time to pick out new shorts or and didn’t like any others they had. After reading the FAQ’s I learned that the $1 you pay per item doesn’t ever include return to your original payment only store credit or exchanges. So I was charged 6.33 per pair of shorts however when totaled it charges 14.17 without any explanation of why it was more than 6.33. Needless to say I will not be ordering from here again, it took days to get in touch with anyone and they see no problem falsely advertising and tricking people into paying extra for returns if they don’t like what they ordered, your stuck paying for a refund unless you order...
