I’ll admit they have a very cute selection of clothes and the prices are a bit inflated however some prices are right. But one thing I will tell you is DO NOT BUY SHOES HERE. I bought some shoes for my daughter for a funeral, a funeral guys!!! They broke within 5 feet of walking in them. I was so embarrassed and came back the same day (after the funeral) to tell the store clerk (an Asian guy) about my unfortunate event. This guy refused to refund my money stating “store policy” I was like dude the shoes broke the same day I bought them I want my money back. Like I literally had to stop in the middle of the funeral to get her more shoes at another store. Without hesitation he continued to deny my refund saying no refunds period. It wasn’t until I asked for the store owner because he claimed to be the manager that i got my refund. They were very unprofessional and gave me attitude for asking for a reasonable refund. I was just there trying to do some shopping and the cashier was so rude . Telling other people we were rude to her just bc we asked her why were the fitting room close and if they were gonna open them any other day and she responded so rude almost wanting to yell at me and my family . When we were walking out, she started laughing and talking shit in English about me and my family thinking we didn’t spoke English as well . I went back and asked her in front of other customers why was she calling us rude and talking shit . To tell me at what moment did we disrespect her and she just kept giving me attitude without even answering my question . The owner can go ahead and check the cámaras bc I worked there years ago and the customer service is unacceptable!! Don’t go there or else you’ll get really bad...

Showed up at this place right at 10:30am and they weren’t open when the sign clearly says they open at 10:30am. So I decided to grab something to eat next door. I was there for an hour eating and decided to go back to the store and do some shopping… well now it’s 11:30am and the place is still closed. Do not waste your time showing up when they advertise they open at a certain time. Clearly the owner or employees don’t care to follow their store hours. Lost a potential customer & I will never try to go there again due to their poor lack of care to run a business. I wasted my time and gas driving there and didn’t even get to walk in the store. You will probably have better luck trying to go when it’s almost time to close but I won’t trust them with that either, who knows maybe they like to close...
