I was given friendly service and some parts I needed were ordered since they do not stock a very large inventory. I let them know I really need the parts fast and they promised I would get delivery in one week no problem. Now a week has gone by and they cannot even tell me if the parts were ever shipped to them, and they do not seem to care since they have already been paid. No effort is being made to get the parts but I can have a refund if I want. I wonder how many weeks a refund takes? It’s okay. They carry useful things. It’s a bit boring because I am used to going to Fry's Electronics. Also, the website needs to update and have better quality pictures of their items. Some listings don't even have pictures. If the website could tell if items are in stock at stores, that would be nice. I got the Philmore binding post and didn't know how to attach wire to the back of the binding post terminal. Same thing with the banana plug. I went here because I didn't want to order my electronic parts online and have to wait days for them to arrive. I bought a few resistors and capacitors and they were pretty cheap and worth the trip.
