Although it is a lot of fun for the kids, this specific location does not do a very good job of inspecting and maintaining the facilities. There is a ride in the toddler area that is supposed to be a push button merry-go-round and has never worked. Some of the kids and even some of the parents start pushing the merry-go-round and they get too aggressive and kids fall off. I've climbed in the structure with my grandchildren and some of the structure is broken and never gets fixed until someone reports it. Even after it gets reported, it takes a long time to get fixed. Whoever put together the Nerf ball zone needs their head examined. Instead of going up the tubes, like it should, the ball shoots back at you and sometimes the kids put the plastic balls in there and you can see it hit them in the eye and they get hurt. The Nerf guns in the climbing structure work one time out of 10 so the kids are always fighting over the one Nerf gun that's working.
I bought a membership for two of my grandchildren but we never really went except maybe 5 to 7 times in the last two years that I've had the membership for each of them. I always thought there was a value in it because they allowed me to bring a friend a couple of times. This last time that I went, the front desk was on some sort of power Trip and then ripped me off after I paid for one of the kids because they didn't allow the parent to have a wristband to go inside the jungle structure with their kid. That's when I canceled the membership for both of my grandkids because I don't really use it and there's no benefit if they're going to act all hardcore when I bring a friend. I also have a new grandbaby who's under the age of one and the staff was scrutinizing his age even though he is clearly under 1 years old. Even so, who charges for children over 1 years old? They can't even talk yet. I can understand a place like that charging over the age of two because there's still stuff for a 2-year-old to do but a 1-year-old is just going to crawl around on the ground and they can do that at home for free.
All in all, if you don't go more than 24 times a year then I would say it's not worth the value to purchase the membership especially if you're going to feel unwelcomed when you bring a friend one out of the seven times that you come in 2 years. But if you have older kids and you can drop them off for an hour a couple of times a week or more then it would probably be worth the value to get a membership for them. Just know that there is the potential for them to get hurt because this place is not inspected or...
Read moreDecided to give this place another try after my sons disappointing birthday party last year. This time I called ahead and asked if the ball machine/ shooters were working? I was told "yes they are working". I asked if the rock/wall climbing area would be open? I was told they clean it periodically and run a schedule. I asked about the schedule and was told it would be reopened at 3pm. I thought perfect so we got there at 2:50pm. We check in and go to the wall climbing area just to be told they are shutting it down for cleaning. Was told it should reopen in 30mins. So we go to the ball shooter area only to discover there are hardly any balls anywhere. We looked everywhere and there were 8 balls maximum. Also, the ball dumper machine was broken, and the other items were not working as they should. Now I have 2 sad kids. We go to the basketball trampoline area and one of the hoops was broken. We kill some time on the trampolines and check on the wall climbing area several times. It was empty, and we never saw anyone cleaning it. I ask the front desk when they will open it and was told in another 45mins or so, which would be after our time was up. After explaining our situation, the employee was willing to let my kids have a single turn. Usually, my daughter spends her whole time getting back in line for that area, so she was bummed. The area with the building bricks doesn't have enough bricks. The blow-up obstacle course was working this time, but there were kids just parked in the middle of it, or going in the wrong direction, so my kids couldn't race each other. The wifi was down, so you could not buy anything with credit card. They no longer have towels to sit on going down the slides, so my kids didn't want to do it because they get friction burns. Sadly, this location has gone downhill since before covid. My kids used to love this place, and they were asking to go home. We will not...
Read moreThis place is always super fun! Always has good deals on Groupon! Great place to take your kiddos that isn’t too overly crowded & loud. Which is why I enjoy bringing my kids here. However, I’m giving 3 stars because apparently they no longer accept cash… and only card. Since the beginning of the year apparently. PLUS how rude the cashier was to me over it.. when I was super nice about the entire thing; I was just like confused. Nowhere is that advertised on their website nor was any type of notice given… so can imagine my surprise & embarrassment when I anticipated paying with cash & couldn’t because well they don’t take cash… and I’ve got a kid with her wristband on ready to play & socks on… but can’t pay because I only have cash, and instead of offering any type of assistance she just starred at me… like I was an inconvenience. & then as I told her “well, I don’t have money on my card at the moment..” she cuts me off I couldn’t even finish speaking before she was rolling her eyes & sighing. & Thankfully, I had a 60 min jump pass still saved from last year, & just had my daughter wear her normal socks, but this was pretty frustrating & embarrassing. Yeah maybe it’s odd for me too not have money on my card, but I’m a server, lol I don’t go to the bank every day. Very rarely I do. Plus I just like using cash! & not every one uses a card? Anyways, so if you plan to come here - make sure you bring ur card because you ain’t gonna get in with cash.. which is, so odd. But you’ll also get looked down upon by a worker for only having cash. Because how dare I?! Big thumbs down for that. 🤦🏻♀️ she needs some serious training in customer service. OR get somebody else handling the front: Don’t know that I’ll be back to this location...
