I had a bad experience and usually I love Starbucks I have never had an issue with this location. I would like my feedback to reach the manager at this location. I was at the drive Thur at 6:55pm 1) the google location states this place is closed at 7:30pm so when I got in the drive Thur with two cars ahead of me I finally reached the drive Thur order and once I did the lady said we’re closed we close at 7:00pm. Looked at my time and it was 7:00pm so I was frustrated as to why google is not updated there times and also because 7:00pm your telling you can’t take my order after waiting in the drive Thur with two people ahead of me and and two people behind me unable to back up I had to sit and wait till the two front cars got there orders unable to back off. I am a small business order and I have never told a customer Thur the drive Thur sorry sorry we’re closed at as they watch the people upfront get there food because! Read moreI was very happy that the barista offered a pour over for bold roast. Sean even brought it to the table while I was sitting on the patio. Very excellent service. However, the building maintenance is still poor. The door stop in the restroom is broken resulting in the door crashing into the wall with a loud bang cracking the wall tile. The brick exterior outside is extremely dirty with marks from smokers putting out their cigarettes. It is in desperate need of a power wash. They had a Hispanic lady who I had never seen before which is the one who did not acknowledge me. But Matt has been working there for years and usually is good with customer service. I would have thought he would have taken care of me because because I explained to him what happened. No I don't think customer service exists anymore. It is what it is.
