Megaplex Theatres at Mesquite — Attraction in Mesquite

Always clean. Staff is very friendly and capable. We see a movie pretty much every weekend and we're always so glad we have a nice theater to see them at. Went yesterday to see Kingdom of the Planet of the Apes. Unfortunately, they were having issues with the film toward the end during the climax of the movie, we missed some big moments. 5x the light on the film projection went out and guests had to go and let them know. They gave us all tickets for a free movie. It was a little disappointing, but it happens. The kids working that night were very nice and apologetic. I'm sure they'll get the projection equipment fixed and we will be back again. We really like this theater and have always been pleased with how they have handled the occasional issue over the years. I hope more people will return to movies again. It's nice to have such a fantastic theatre in a smaller city/town like Mesquite. The towns entertainment is often for over 21 with the casinos. There are fewer things for people and families to do and it's nice to have a theater. We live in the Moapa Valley and we come up to Mesquite for our movie nights and are so thankful to...

Just have to say we were visiting from Utah and the fandango site was not working at all. So we thought we would go to the Megaplex to see if we could use the fandango gift card there. Well needless to say the manger was terrific. She went in to her computer to try and do it for as well. With no luck we couldn't get the Fandango site work there either . So the kids and started to walk out and thought we will try again another time when the manager apologized for something that was not in her control at all and said the movie was on her! It was completely awesome that the kids and I got to go watch Kong Skull island anyways and made a even better little get away for our family! Horrible!!!! I come here to watch the boss and now they decide what my kid watches after 6 pm when I'm there with them as PARENTAL GUIDANCE. I live 20 min away from here and waste my time to not watch the movie I want to watch.fyi my child is 2 and doesn't understand much for a rated R movie to affect her . And they made the policy just to please people without kids to enjoy a movie without having children in it!! Are you kidding me?!? I grew up here my whole life and never had this problem!
