I have NEVER had a more horrible haircut! It was done by an older women that worked there who’s station was in the back. I showed her numerous haircut photos and was very clear on what I did and did not want. The cut she gave was crooked (one side longer than the other) which after four attempts and additional lost length she could not get even...I also requested “ soft thin long bangs” that would show when hair is pulled back but blend into long front when down...and bangs were hacked very short and not blended and lastly hair had two large chopped scissor marks in the back. I went in with VERY long hair ( below bra strap) and wanted to change things up and get a LONG A frame Bob....I came out with my hair hacked to my collar bones and all one length!!!! 😡😢. I couldn’t leave fast enough and had to rush to another salon to have them do their best to fix all the damage done which took another inch off to “repair”... now have to grow my hair back out to get the cut I wanted...and it will take 6 months to a year to do that. Thanks fusion! 😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡😡 So happy I paid you to destroy my hair!!! She should not be allowed to work...

Want To express my disappointment in Fusion Salon, read reviews and and thought I had chosen a good place, wow was I wrong! First of all girl was 25 minutes late, no phone call telling me ! I thought I should leave now, I didn’t listen to myself. Her explanation was (it was raining really hard) well I’m sure that caused a problem, but if I’m suppose to be at an appointment knowing the weather is not good, I leave extra early ! When she did arrive I showed picture of color I wanted, I ask her can you do this, if not please tell me? She yes she could, I responded no brown I want Carmel and light blonde . After over 3 1/2 hours she rinses out I’m sick. I just wanted out of there. I was charged $115.00 and I would have no problem with price if I had got what I asked for , I left her a short tip $15.00 of which I’m even sorry for that. I will never go there again for darn sure!! I need to find a salon that will do as customer requests!!! Below is is color I wanted on left color on right...

Their staff is super friendly every time I come in. Always listening to me and making sure my hair is perfect every time. Plus, the decor inside is super cute and the wait time is never very long. This is my favorite place to get my hair done in...
