this is part 2 of part 1 this time 9 months later it was a nightmare the sushi was half the size as it was 9 months ago very very disappointing and then when they try to cut it sideways to make it look like the sushi is bigger is just a more insult to the injury are steaks literally where the size of two silver dollars 4 pieces of shrimp is what was provided for me doing the steak and shrimp we had three meals and my daughter had sushi and then me and my wife ordered a Las Vegas roll are total bill was $108 half the size triple the price seems to me like they are in a lot of trouble so they are taking it out on their customers to make it make ends meet that is a shame we went down to celebrate even the gentleman that was in there with us with his dad said the service and the quality has gone downhill tremendously they are struggling he says he goes in at lunch time and he could have the whole place to himself that tells you a lot right there but I'm sorry samurai 21 you do not need to take this out on your customers I would highly advise do not eat here unless you want to spend a lot of money and have a little bit of food .....part 1 Little bit expensive we had a great time good food love the sushi definitely do it again the kids loved the Hibachi Grill and the way the chefs are with them you also have a chance of being a sea lion and it's not even Halloween they flip shrimp in your mouth and you don't even have to do a trick just...
Read more*If you’re looking to be treated with the same respect as everyone else as a paying customer, this is not the restaurant for you. *Do NOT recommend: Linda, the owner is an absolute horrid waitress. I tried 3 times to tell her my “hot” green tea wasn’t even luke warm, but she ignored me all 3 times due to finding the other family at our table. Since my family is black, and the other was not, I can only imagine why. Then I’m consideration of the fact that the green tea was undribkable due to the incorrect temperature it was served (and incorrect container with which it was served in) I asked Linda to remove it from the bill which somehow seemed to her like an invitation to scold me. Granted I’m from Vegas where service is considered something to be proud of, but never have I had a waitstaff embarrass herself, her establishment, and her staff (only to find out she was the owner at that) by literally arguing with a paying customer about incorrectly served, undribkable green tea (served by her, no less). She somehow heard me when I said one bill for 3 adults was fine, but not when I said the green tee was undribkable? Linda ruined the reunification of my sister and I after 10 years apart, and the celebration of meeting my 3 year old nephew. If this was the last establishment in Mesquite to dine in, I’d drive...
Read moreThis is my first time eating at this place. Im pulling out of the parking lot and crying because the service was so bad. My husband & I walked in and waited at the host booth for 5 minutes before anyone ever appeared to welcome us. There were 10 tables I counted that still had not been bussed yet so the host cleaned a table before he seated us. My husband asked for a sake menu and got one and then the waiter came and took his order for sake, but never bothered to ask me what I wanted to drink, he just left to get the sake. Eventually my husband piped up and asked to get me a tea. We ordered our food, and a soup&salad came with mine. I ordered the Vegetarian noodle bowl with tofu from the vegetarian menu. It came with an onion beef broth soup which I couldn't eat, a small salad, and half a California roll which had crab so I also couldn't eat it. When I told the server that I couldn't eat the soup that came with my meal he just said okay that's for your husband. He never offered to give me a replacement miso soup or anything I could eat. The noodles and tofu were sad and disappointing. Would...
