I had never used this company before and went online to make an appt.
Upon entering the store at 10:00A when they opened, I was warmly greeted by the employee working the front and he said he would be right with me bc he was assisting the customer who walked in right before me. It was only about a short 3-4 min wait after he had finished assisting the previous customer’s needs.
The staff member, David (his name tag) then greeted me and I had informed him that I had an appt.
I had explained to him the issues I was having with my iPhone.
David explained to me that he was the only employee working (unfortunately due to being short-staffed like so many other companies). I informed David that I was flying out the next day due to a death in the fam, and was hoping to get my charge port fixed / replaced bc it was having issues charging.
David took my phone and said he would be right back.
When he came back upfront, he informed me that my charge port was dirty / clogged. He took the time and cleaned it right there and then, even though he had explained to me beforehand how many phones he had to work on that day and was all by himself and that he also had to answer the phones and assist any customer’s who walked in the store.
Thank you David for your professionalism and for taking the time to go above and beyond for me due to my circumstances.
I highly recommend this company and this location.

I knew he was going to get smart mouthy when we walked in and I made a comment about our situation and he sighed like he was irritated. Screw this place.
Bought a phone through AMAZON and DID NOT purchase Asurion warranty when the phone was bought. MADE SURE TO LET HIM KNOW THAT. We didn’t know you had to have insurance to get a phone fixed or without it was going to be expensive. We called Samsung and they told us we had a 12 month warranty through them even though we didn’t buy the ASURION warranty. They told us to go back up there and inquire about the same issue to which the above happened.!!! I tried explaining to the guy Samsung told us to come up here and inqure again, but he did not care. He kept telling us we had to file a claim through the phone provider which again BOUGHT IT OFF AMAZON UNLOCKED NOT through any Carrier or Samsung and again kept explaining we didn’t buy it from any of those places but OFF AMAZON. 😂 I don’t know, but that is not how you keep a business running. Very Unprofessional. Learn what professionalism is, and find the correct attitude before you come talking to customers the wrong way. We were trying to give you business now you will never get our business.

Read moreI’ve been here three times now—for different phone issues—and every experience has been great. The first time was for a warranty screen replacement on my flip phone. The second was to unlock an old phone I had forgotten the password to and no longer had the phone number linked to my account to receive the code. I wanted to use the phone as a camera and for the Internet only. I thought the phone was a lost cause. Most recently, I came in to transfer data from my old phone (which had a black screen so I could not navigate the phone) to a new one—impossible to do on my own even with Google and Samsung backup because they sent the codes to the old phone that I could not see on. Very frustrating!!
Each time, the staff was professional, helpful, and took the time needed to get it right. I was patient because I didn’t want them to rush—fast work often means sloppy work, and I’d rather wait for it to be done properly. I was especially relieved when they helped me recover my contacts, apps, and passwords. I was lost without them!
I highly recommend this shop. Just know—it’s not instant, and it’s not the internet. It’s a repair shop. Good work takes time. And don't go in there at 5 to 7 expecting same...
