I have been going to Suzy for over six years and she is consistently amazing. I have gone through many different phases with my skin and dealt with multiple unique issues and she has approached each one with expertise, taking the time to explain exactly what the issue is, how she is going to help, and what to do to maintain the results and keep my skin in the glowing condition that she leaves it in. I have always had very sensitive skin which usually makes it hard to treat acne, but Suzy has a wide variety of organic, natural, and calming products that help my problem areas and actually reduce irritation instead of contributing to it. Even for something as simple as a basic facial with extractions she always tailors it to the specific client and their concerns, going the extra mile to make everyone feel comfortable and ensure that they leave her spa feeling amazing. Most recently, I experienced a terrible breakout due to a medication that essentially took up the entirety of my chin and jawline. After a few weeks of trying to remove it and nothing working, I went to Suzy for an acne facial and within an hour she had managed to remove basically everything, and a few days later, nothing has come back. I don’t know how she does what she does, but I am confident that there is nobody better at it.

Beyond her obvious skills, she has integrity in her work and genuine care for her clients. A lot of medspas will just try to give a client anything they ask for just to make a sale but Suzy genuinely cares about her client’s skin and what will help them. She has always been honest with me about what I need and told me when a treatment she offers would not be effective for my specific concerns. Her priority lies in the health and satisfaction of her clients above all. She makes me feel comfortable, listens to my concerns, and even takes the time to learn about my favorite music artists and play them while I am getting extractions so that I am distracted.
