Pleasing Touch Bodyworks & Spa — Attraction in Miami Gardens

On Mother's Day morning (while out of town) I gave Carol Young of Pleasing Touch Bodyworks a call to discuss a potential appointment for later that day. From the start Carol won me over with her Professionalism and Sense of Humor. We discussed me making it in around 1p as she planned to close at 3p because she had plans with her mother that day... Unfortunately, I found myself running behind, so I reached out to Carol and she adjusted her schedule to accommodate me with a later appointment. The most impressive thing to me was that I learnt later that Carol had left the office to begin her own Mother day plans yet was compassionate enough to turn around and head back to the office so the I could give the virtuous woman of my life a day to remember. From what I was told, Carol delivered the "BEST Massage" ever! I appreciate all that Carol did to make this day a special one and I applaud her willingness to make her customers not only feel like royalty from being to end but feel right at home. Caroline is the best. I came into miami for a for a birthday weekend and wanted to treat the girls to a massage. I had such a great massage the last time i booked with her that i had to see if she was available. Not only did she make time for me but coordinated to find another therapist and turned what was supposed to be a small treat for the girls into an event that became one of the highlights of the whole trip. All the girls loved her their massages, and enjoyed the enviroment she created. One of the girls didnt make it in time so since her massage was already paid for i took the time slot. Once again, she untied every knot I had on me. If it wasn't for the great conversation I would have knocked out cold. She has a way of not only taking care of your body but eases your mind. Ms.Carol was very pleasant and professional with wonderful customer service. Her space was very clean and everything was organized, her energy was very pleasing and relaxing. I prefer heavy pressure for my massages, I usually get deep tissue or pressure point massages, and Ms.Carol did not disappoint! She did some traditional massage techniques along with stretching and using hot rocks which were all was fantastic. Writing this review makes me want to call and book another! She was amazing! Attentive, a great listener and communicator, working out tough tension spots in a way I didn’t even realize I had! I will definitely be booking again.
