Powerfuel Smoothie Shop II — Restaurant in Miami Gardens

I love going to the smoothie shop, every chance I get I go there just to get the same thing over and over again like a boomerang on steroids. I’ll either go first thing in the morning to see my favorite people like a new born baby wanting some milk or sometimes in the afternoon because I rather go there than anywhere else around my location. I remember the first time I went there the people there was so respectful to me and made sure I was full, I think I purchased a chicken and salmon salads and a smoothie, I got hooked, like somebody done reeled me in with a fishing pole. In my head I was like “wooooow I’m going back” and then all of sudden I became blind like Ray Charles, all I saw was smoothie shop. I know you see what I got, probably cost a quarter of my pay check but who cares I was hungry that day. I got TWO salmon bowls FULLY LOADED, do you understand what that means. Let me break it down to you, I got ALL of the veggies because I wanted to make up for when I didn’t listen when I was five but hey I’m eating now. Why two because I was hungry don’t you see the eggs, well that’s an excuse because I’m usually hungry but I was really hungry that day. Next we got the avocado toast no meat, thats my first time buying it because it look good in photos, I love avocados and I was hungry. Then I realized, why the ** haven’t I been buying this. It was delicious. It was like walking the aisle for the time, I mean I’m not married but it felt like it. Then we got fruit and veggies juice because why not who’s going to stop me from eating right NO ONE. Oh you thought that was it, there is literally a missing ginger shot, I mean a missing POWERFUL shot. I’m going to let your mind wonder what that is while I enjoy some cocoa. Good morning! Hope every single person will be seeing this review.

I have been coming to this place for more than 1 year now. I have ordered and coming in to order food almost 4 times a week and even recommended people to this location, and coworkers.

For my surprise, today I called place an order , order was taken. 1 hour later , the lady who called herself the owner FANNY MAIDANA called me and stated : don’t call the shop placing orders and not picking up right away with a high rude and arrogant tone. I responded softly and stated ma’am I am sorry , I ordered through DoorDash because , didn’t even let me finish . She replied : this is my business, don’t call wasting our time and our foods . By the time I was able to explain the reason why I wasn’t able to pick up within few minutes due to the fact I had an urgent Dr. apt with my child she HANG UP THE PHONE . I went in person to the place and I said can I speak to FANNY and she showed I told her this isn’t a way to speak with a CUSTOMER. You don’t call , being rude and arrogant on the phone and especially hang up the phone when all I have been doing is coming to this place. On top of that you claimed yourself being the OWNER , saying this is your BUSINESS and has no customer service without even knowing the reason why I sent the DoorDash 1 hour later and still came to pick up the food. OWNER needs to have customer skills and good services . You don’t be rude with Customer that didn’t do no harm to your BUSINESS. Was extremely disappointed.
