I lost hope with this company, and I stop coming because everyone seems stress out each time I visit. I came to the audio shop looking for parts. I was upgrading my car radio just to have GPS. It is the newest radio in the market that has everything my car has and more. My car already came with a premium sound system (7.1 surround sound, with 2 cameras, HDMI and two USB ) . First visit, they spent 6 in a half hours on my car. The radio got install and now the cameras isn't working nor the sub woofer that was previously working. Second visit, my cameras got install but now they are flickering. My hazards light activate my camera. They only work 30 percent of the time. This transition feels more of a downgrade than upgrade. I lost so much features compare to my factory radio. I'm mostly upset on there customer service. They are not giving me any options. They just work on my car and they didn't even know the car had a HDMI port and Camera's. I wish they took the time to understand my car and features and what I'm looking for. Seems like the company are good at working on older cars than modern. Or just...

I came to this establishment around three years ago to get music installed in my car. Pops, is a funny man. He will have you laughing from the time you walk in, to the time you walk out. First, they installed two twelve speakers, some speakers in the front in the dashboard, and an amp in my car. I love my music, but like after a month, I saw that my music would go out occasionally, and when I stopped at lights etc. because of the auto stop mechanism on my car (Chevy Malibu). So, I took it back in, and explained to Pops what was happening with my car. He recommended that I get another amp, and a battery. So I did, and after that day. I didn't have any more problems with my music. After a year and a half later, I took my car back in just for them to tune it up, and make sure everything was still working fine. They charged me $350 to do that, which I didn't mind paying because, I love my music, and I wanted it to be right, with no problems. I would recommend coming here to get your music done. They ALL know their stuff!!! And Pops is a wonderful, funny man...

The most horrible experience ever, very deceptive, he told me one price to install a radio when I got there it was triple the amount we discussed. The so called installer just randomly cut wires behind my radio and messed up the existing install. Also I went there with a bypass wire he did not install it and now my backup camera works going forward, so when I'm driving forward I see what's behind me and when I'm reversing I see the radio (great help). So now driving is 10 times more dangerous because I have to manually launch the backup cam while driving. Never trust john ...period. I will never go back to flopaudio in life. never trust a man that puts a glove over his tief'ing hand. never patronize this vendor better off going to the swap shop or somewhere (god forbid, but at least they are honest) also AFTER THE INSTALL MY CIGARETTE LIGHTER DID NOW WORK WHEN I TOOK THE CAR BACK THEY SAID THAT THEY WERE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANYTHING.
