This is the best Tmobile store in Miami, and I have been with Tmobile for over 20 years - this store is top knotch.
AT&T offered me an amazing offer over the holiday and I switched to AT&T. That was the worst decision I have made in a long time. My first experience with AT&T customer service did it for me. What they had promised me I was told the chat representative had given me the wrong quote and they could not extend that offer to me. I quickly decided to go back to TMobile.
Ok, so, for three days and several hours on the phone with Tmobile customer service, I was told to go to a Tmobile store and pick-up a SIM card.
It was not that easy...
I went on 1/8/2023 after the Dolphins win, I decided on this location due to the ratings. I got there around 4 pm they were closing at 6, the first person that helped me simply told me that the name on my account was different from what was in their system and that I had to call customer service. I sat outside the location and called only to be placed on hold and going back and forth with the agent. The agent told me to go into the store and get a sim card. Victor assisted me with the transaction, and although the account was open, in the store system it appeared cancelled. Victor and the manager that night attempted to assist, but being that it was a Sunday at 6:30 pm, they requested that I return on 1/9.
When I got there around 2:30 pm, Victor was ready to assist. I will not go into the full details, but I will say that after being there for over 3 hours, I left with all my lines activated and the staff went above and beyond to assure me that I would be ready to go.

Read moreBeware of this T-Mobile especially from an employee named Davion. I came in to get a new line and decided to add a phone to that. Davion attended me very nicely but I should've known he was going to stab me in the back with what he did to me and possibly to other vulnerable customers. He told me the cost and told me that was all the fees and taxes which I was like ok that's fine plus the installation fee, the phone, etc etc. I didn't put much mind to what I was paying. I got home and gave the person the T-Mobile bag who I bought the line and phone to and he pulled a Google charger so I asked "that came in the bag?" and he said yes so that was when I ran to get my phone to see the digital receipt because I didn't even get a physical receipt and mind you, I got a Google Pixel 7... This guy charged me for a freaking charger that first of all, I could've gotten a charger that's cheaper at Amazon... And a Google Pixel 8 case... Which BTW, wasn't in the damn bag. All those accessories were not authorized by me, I didn't give the man CONSENT to purchase those. He added those in there telling me that everything was going to cost so and so because the taxes, fees, installation blah blah blah. I come back to the store spoke with an associate and the associate told the manager. Guess what the manager told me? She said "We first have to call Davion to see what the situation was and then we call you to come back to the store to get a refund. That's company policy." Read moreWe are sprint customers. Everytime we go to a now "T-Mobile" store we ALWAYS have an issue. They either don't want to help us or the sprint systems are down. On this day we desperately needed to buy my youngest his first phone. Unfortunately, like every other time, no store wanted to help us. I was at the point that I just wanted to move our services to another carrier. That was until we came to this specific store. We were helped by an extremely intelligent young man known as Davion. We are used to giving our numbers to the associate as they tell us with a look of disgust "You're on sprint." It's like sprint customers are a burden for them, But Davion was different. We gave him our numbers and he proceeded to take us to a computer. We thought he was having a hard time finding our account so we told him we were on sprint. He kindly replied back with a smile, "I know" 😁 This young man took such good care of us. We usually feel segregated because we are still on sprint but he didn't do that at all. We left extremely satisfied and pleased with the customer service. This store will now be our home store going forward. Would highly recommend this store for any of our fellow sprint colleagues.
