Ordered a meatball parm sub with cheese and sauteed mushrooms and a small Perrier.. 8 99 + 2.00 + 2.00 + 2.99. Came to $17.09. Seriously? Wouldn't have had a problem with that, BUT there was like a couple specs of mushroom in it..literally. Couldn't even find any mushrooms. The sub was decent, but come on... if your gonna go to the trouble of having a restaurant then man up and at least TRY to make the people who spend their hard earned $ want to come back. SMH. I complained about the halfhearted effort by the kitchen & the waitress had them take the extra off the bill so it came to12.94 total. She was good, but I'll forget about this place 5 minutes from now. All over a handful of mushrooms. When a customer orders an extra item it's because they WANT IT. It's not about the money Bad food isn't good at any price. Come on guys, pay attention. Good luck to all and stay safe. Today is Wednesday June 19th I ordered a large cheese pizza and a small French fries to be delivered to my around 810pm it is now 930pm. I called numerous of times asking and then I asked to speak to the manager and the guy that is working there right now is very rude disrespectful to me laughing and joking saying I only work here this is the worse service ever over 1 hour and 30 mins for a delivery and I live right across the street from Barry University baseball field it should not take this long and as for the guy who is working right now doesn't need to working for for you. I'm trying to eat healthier and wanted some local food. I went through their menu and saw that they had chicken wings but was told they were only fried.

I spoke to the front end staff about having them baked instead and they told me they'd ask the chef. The chef came out from the back and said "Oh, you want BAKED chicken wings? We usually fry them, so you're going to have to wait a little longer while we make them baked, but if you're willing to wait, we'll get them done for you."

Baked wings weren't even on the menu but the staff went above and beyond to make me, the customer, feel satisfied with my order.

Front of house included extra sauces on the house and told me to enjoy with a smile.

Customer service? 100% Food quality? 100%. Satisfaction? 100%

Thanks to the front and back of house at this place, they really went above and beyond to make me feel good about my meal.
