I love almost all the people who work there: the chefs, the people who deliver, and SOME of the servers - the food is great too (I would recommend the volcano roll). The thing is, and if you guys are reading this and know me, I'm not putting the restaurant down or anything, but if you guys advertise times opening at 11:00am, then you need to respect those times and tell SOME of the workers who host to stop being lazy (and I see it all the time when I walk in there. I went there two days ago and the newest one literally ignored the phone for 2 minutes - even the chefs and people who were there were just staring at her waiting for her to pick up). I hate waiting - the 30-40 minute delivering wait is long enough (with the respect that I order from a distant and it's sushi so it takes a while to prepare), but to keep me on the phone for 2-3 minutes is unacceptable. If the phone rings at my job more than twice, and I allow it to keep ringing, I get written up. The store should really consider doing the same. You lose business and...
Read moreFirst and foremost the cashier had no clue how to handle more than one order at time. I placed my order and then my friend placed their order. We got the same rolls but different modifications. They mixed our orders up and when we asked for them to fix them the orders were still wrong. It took three times for them to get our orders straight. I also asked for spicy mayo after they messed up our orders three times and they still charged me $1 for it. The California roll was probably the worst thing I ever ate. Instead of a chuck on crab leg like shown on the menu, it was shredded crab with this unappetizing mayo in it. It has no flavor at all!! Next the salmon tempura is supposed to be salmon fried and then wrapped with avocado cucumber seaweed and rice. No cucumber and the whole thing was tempura. It was Not appetizing and there was so much rice and a tiny piece of salmon. Out of the 5 rolls only 3 had a piece of salmon in it. Ever since new management, it has gone down hill. Never...
Read moreI will NOT be going to THIS location. First and foremost, you are supposed to greet the customer when they walk in. The girl at the cash register didn’t even acknowledge me until two other customers walked in and then she proceeds to say “are you ready?” Very RUDE! Also! I know that they charge for their sauces (they didn’t use to) and this girl charged me for spicy mayo sauce but the other customers that came after me she gave them FREE Sauces. I went up to her and asked her if the sauce is free and she LIED and said “they actually paid for them”. It was a LIE because I heard the other customer ask her for it and the girl just gave it to her without paying. So yeah if you’re going to charge people for sauces which is ridiculous then you need to apply the rules to ALL customers!!! The manager needs to hire better workers for the cashier position they are the face of the restaurant. I am very...
