Moved to Verizon after the serviced received at this store. I had lost my phone earlier in the day in Atlanta. Needed a new phone as I was going to be flying to Vegas in a few hours. The store could not wrap their minds around the two factor authentication being the SMS on my lost phone number. I was unable to provide them the account pin as it was saved on the phone. They also were forcing on that I add the insurance for the new phone. This they claimed was not optional. They did not even offer to reset my pin in store. Which then could have been used to upgrade the line to a new phone. Took 3 days, and several visits to different ATT stores in vegas to sort all of this out with ATT. This store in not only unethical, but severely incompetent. If the store would have reset my pin first, then upgraded the line, I would still be with ATT. Instead their inability to think outside the box lost ATT a 15+ year customer. Please be careful doing any business here, I would not recommend any professional business use...

Explain my situation and the gentleman working there said oh I can replace it but but while you had insurance will take care of it… Trying to handle 5-6 people at one time not even sure if I'm the only one that had a problem you should focus on one before you move to the other but I'm just saying don't know your job. I had a phone that I paid off $1100 cash and my phone should've been replaced with just paying maybe the taxes on it not another $1100 phone that I'm now paying installments on when I didn't even have the first phone for a year yet and now I'm paying 1100 again on the phone that I lost makes absolutely no sense to me. This is insane so in one year I'm paying $2200 for two phones and one I have and one I don't and somebody's trying to activate the one I lost so and this store the guy won't even admit he was wrong. He's arguing with me. He's not wrong crazy watch...
Read moreLast week I received my new IPhone 16 Pro Max and was on the phone with AT&T for OVER AN HOUR because it would not transfer phone number from my old phone to my new one. They had me on the phone so long that I was able to brush my teeth, iron my clothes, eat a light breakfast, get dressed and drive over to the AT&T in Miami Springs while still on the phone with them. As I walked into the store there was a young man and a young lady working and I showed them my phone that was still on the call over an hour so they could see. Well, these 2 employees fixed my problem within 2 minutes. Thank you so much for helping me get through that nightmare morning I was having....
