I used to love Burritoville and would go there weekly and sometimes even more often. Since they re-opened I have been very disappointed. Their prices went up but their customer service has gone down. Not to mention the food odes not taste the same to me. I have ordered twice. Today I ordered veggie quesadillas and they were sent to me without lettuce or pico de gallo even though on their website it says it comes with it. When I called to complain I was told they do not include them on takeout orders. Their website does not say this nor do they tell you this when you are placing an order. I suggest you ask what is included with your order ahead of time so you will not be disappointed. I will not be going back unless things change. This will cause an inconvenience to me as I had missed them, but I do not like their new way of...

i know a bunch of people will disagree based on all the reviews but my opinion on the service is the inside was getting taken care of but they forget about the outside people if a restaurant has a outside area they should keep a look out for the outside people when we finally got to order the waitress was very nice and the food didn’t take long at all to come out but the food just wasn’t it the rice had a bad after taste and the meat had no seasoning to it they forgot to bring out a lot of our things and put ranch on a chicken ranch wrap we had ordered and after we finished our food we still didn’t receive no body coming out to check on us or ask us if we needed...

I recently visited here, first time, and ordered the churrasco and shrimp fajitas. Unfortunately, the churrasco was quite disappointing. It was chewy and not well-prepared, as it still had the membrane on it. This made it difficult to enjoy the dish. In addition the plate comes with only 2 tortillas. I also ordered a soda and it was very watery as if it was missing syrup.

On the bright side, the service at the restaurant was excellent. Our server was friendly and attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

Overall, I am not sure I’ll be back for a second chance. Maybe other dishes on the...

Pros: - free chips and salsa - Nice vibe. Loved the huge portrait of Pancho Villa on the wall. Felt like I wanted to also join a revolution while I ate my burrito. - The prices were fair. Cheaper than Moe's or Chipotle. Cons: - None really... I had the grilled chicken burrito. It was neither amazing nor terrible. Just good. It was a purgatory burrito. But the ambience was good, the servers were on point and chips were warm. The refried beans were also very good. I'll definitely be going back. You should give them a try too. See you there.

Enjoy free freshly made salsa and chips made in house while you wait for your order. Generous portions, great customer service and a laid back eclectic atmosphere lend to a great dining experience in this cozy corner of Miami Springs.
