El Dorado Furniture - Airport Outlet — Attraction in Miami Springs

I purchased my entire bedroom and living room from them 5 years ago. The legs of my bed broke after a year. I keep fixing it since then. My sofa started shredding a year ago, it is ugly and totally useless by now (see pictures). My conclusion is that they might have good customer service and delivery options but the product that El Dorado sells is very low quality, only time will tell. I know my purchase was relatively long time ago, but I expected a greater longevity for the thousands of dollars I spent at a prestige furniture store. I reached out to their customer service and they said since they stopped carrying the product I can't even order new cushions for it. So from their side, case closed. This place was ok. It had some things available just not very much. It's still good to check it out just in case. The actual Doral Furniture showroom is across the way so it's worth your time. Just because I didn't find much doesn't mean you won't. Prices are a tiny bit better than the showroom. So that's why the lower rating. Warning read before you buy! Don't buy anything from el dorado! They will sell you furniture with a said delivery date, then just keep delaying. I bought two couches, cocktail tables, dining table and bar stools. Only the couches were delivered and the rest keeps getting delayed, which has now been 6 months. Called to get refund, which they say isn't an issue, only thing is I have to eat the 400 warranty purchase. Complete BS, excuses from every employer. Please do yourself a favor and...
