If you are looking for a lounge that lacks basic customer services, you are at the right place.
It is a shame that this particular location in Miami didnât meet the same standards that Turkish airlines set for its lounges in Turkey.
Our bartender (his name sounded like Rothmel) was very slow (it took about 3 mins on average with each customer when they were five people waiting in line). When it was my turn, I asked for a Piot Grigio, but he responded that we only have Pinot noir. How is a trained bartender offering a red wine when I asked for white wine? Then he proceeded to take the order from the person after me while I asked him what other white wines were available.
When I confronted that he should not be taking someone elseâs order ahead of mine, he responded that he could multitask while pouring that personâs drink first. Well, if thatâs the case, why did it take me 12 mins to place an order? Iâd get faster service at any busy NYC bar on a Friday night.
We then tried to log a complaint at the front desk on our way out, and Emily (another user already complained about her below) didnât want to take our feedback seriously. We are still waiting for a call back from Management, and it has been more than a week.
Needless to say, we would skip this lounge in the future and stay at the...
Read more0 Star!!! Absolutely the worst ânonâ experience ever!! I rarely write reviews but felt like I must for this lounge. I have Priority Pass & was very unhappy about how I was treated yesterday. My husband & I were trying to access this lounge (Turkish Lounge at Concourse H&J) Friday 11/15/24 around 1:25Pm. The guy at the entrance said they were very crowded and to try back around 3-3:30 since our flight was for 6:20, which I understood because the Priority Pass app did say you could access it 3 hours before your flight. So we sat around and waited til 3:30Pm, got back to the entrance and was met by an unfriendly female staff that said they were full and âPriority Passâ is no longer accepted, only Business Class. She did not care to hear my explanation or anything else and brushed me off like I was some sort of beggar or something. Other people were pleading to go in as well and some were turned away and some got in. Anyways, Priority Pass, pleaseeee work with this lounge so at least if we were to be turned away we donât feel like beggars! Go to the other Turkish Lounge in Concourse E and you will have better service and most likely wonât be turned away...
Read moreReally nice lounge at Miami Airport âď¸. The staff was absolutely amazing â super friendly and always smiling, which made the whole stay much more pleasant. The lounge itself loks clean and modern, a great spot to relax before your flight. The choice of cold snacks is a bit limited. On every table there's a QR code where you can easily order hot food like scrambled eggs đł The service was fast and the food tasted good. Drinks? No problem! Thereâs access to wine and stronger alcohols too đˇđĽ, perfect if you want to chill before your flight. Something small was missing to make it perfect â maybe a bit more variety in food or a slightly cozier vibe? But definitely a good experience and worth a visit if youâre flying through MIA.
What really made the difference for me was the amazing staff and the cool view over the J concourse of the airport âď¸ â itâs a great spot to watch planes and the airport action! Because of the service and the view, Iâm giving it a full 5 star.. Definitely worth a visit if you...
