This place seems deceitful. I've visited this place many times over the years as Miami is a common stopover from Philadelphia to the Caribbean and South America and I have had Priority Pass since 2016. While the food quality has always been medium and the location a bit grimy, it has also always been convenient due to its location in the terminal.

So I was quite surprised on my last visit when I was abruptly (and rudely) told that Chase "left them" and suddenly I couldn't use my priority pass. This woman waved her hand to signify Chase leaving them, I suppose, and immediately walked away - she didn't ask us if we still wanted to sit and eat.

Looking at other reviews, I see other people surprised to see that Amex, Capital One, and now apparently Chase are all NOT accepted by this location. Which makes me question, which card DO they accept priority pass from? That seems like pretty much all the major credit card players. And why is this not mentioned on their Priority Pass page?

This was incredibly frustrating as we walked by the Turkish Airlines lounge, that DOES accept priority pass, and skipped it expecting we'd be able to eat here. We ended up wasting $70 to eat elsewhere (I don't patron places that are rude to me) because at that point we didn't have time to walk back to the Turkish lounge before our flight and we'd been travelling all day and were starving. Something feels off here - if they're not in the priority pass network for specific cards anymore, they should get an update to the priority pass website as a sign of good faith. I've seen plenty of Priority Pass lounge locations mention specific entry requirements and be transparent about who can't visit. Without this transparency, people will continue to feel that they're being duped or treated...

Food was decent, came almost instantly which was awesome, especially for a resturant at an airport. I came to google to write a review because of how awful our server was. Hiram greeted us, gave us our waters and threw the straws on the table. Someone else dropped our food off and we were finished eating before he ever came back to check on us. It was barely busy at all and he had plenty of opportunities to just ask if we needed anything but he never did. Never bothered to check in on us until he needed to drop off the check, not even for a refill on water. We felt because we didn't order any specialty drinks and because gratuity was included that he didn't care about the service he was providing at all.

We even watched him quickly buss one of his tables for a couple to sit in his section. They did not want to sit there and he threw menus 2 tables down and immediately walked away. They did not look happy, but at least they didn't have him as a server.

Me and my boyfriend have worked in the resturant industry for 10+ years and understand how to be treated at a resturant. It's the first time we ever felt like not giving a tip, but unfortunately we had to since gratutity was included. You would also think that because you work at a restuant in the airport youd be more attentive due to their guests having to...

The food is good, obviously overpriced because it's inside the airport. There is a sign at the entrance that says "please wait to be seated". I stood up there for 5 minutes, the place was not busy at all, probably at 1/2 of their capacity, there were about 6 employees nearby, 4 of which were doing nothing, just looking at another employee doing something with the garbage can, I waited and waited and nobody acknowledge me, after several minutes one of the guys makes a signal to me to walk in and and just pick any table, just a hand signal, no words, no greeting. Fine! I thought he might've been thinking something else and didn't see me. So I sat and started checking the menu. A couple of minutes later another customer approaches and waits and waits... No acknowledgement, no greeting, no nothing... Don't they care about the tips? They actually just add 18% to your bill by default... But still! Most people add more to the standard tip if you receive good service, right? Something is not working with the employees incentive to treat customers better... It's like they don't care. Perhaps they should remove the sign from the entrance??? Well, the food was ok and beer was...

Reliable. But understand that details. Great alternative if you don’t have time for the Centurion Lounge. 1) They aren’t quick. Even at a dead time, expect to wait a minimum 20-25 min for your food. Even at 6am for breakfast. It will never be quick. But if you budget your time accordingly, it’s reliable. 2) It doesn’t always fill up. But sometimes, rarely, it does. 3) As of July 2023, Priority Pass is $30 per person, inclusive of tip. I’m typically by myself and below $30. I will throw an extra $5 down if the waiter was helpful. I will also add on bottled waters if I’m well below the $30 to get that tip up. 4) Priority Pass is dine in only. It’s the priority pass rules, not the restaurant. If you’re nice to them, they will accommodate you if you’re in a rush. But again, it’s not quick. So if you’re running late, this isn’t your joint. 5) The food will feed you. You will be full. But you will not be craving the meal at any time in the future. Overall I give it 5 stars. However, the first few times I went, I was not happy— for the reasons mentioned above. But eventually you can refer to the Corona Beach House as Old Faithful.

I wish I could rate this place higher but the Customer Service sucked. I ordered a to go order and the young lady serving appeared to be having a really bad morning. I placed my order and went to sit down until it was ready. As I sat in the area my food was apparently placed on the counter close to the register. I wasn’t sure if it was mine as it was a few customers in the area. At this point the cashier was sitting at the bar on her phone ( looking or reading it). I finally made eye contact with her and she pointed to my food by the register indicating that was my order. I got up was proceeded to get my bag as she continued on her phone at the bar. If your phone is more important than your customers then maybe you’re in the wrong business. As great as the food is I’ll never go back and I’m the airport often for this reason I’m giving this location two stars. Customer Service is everything and word of mouth is more. There’s too many options in the airport to eat at treat your customers as if you appreciate their business.

As far as airport restaurants go this place is pretty good. I fly a lot and have eaten at quite a few airport restaurants and I could definitely say they have great customer service. There was literally no wait time and the server was very accommodating as we had bags with us and was worried that they would be in the way but she put us somewhere where we wouldn't be in anyone's way. The food is pretty good my husband ordered their burger which was excellent The wings were just okay and we also had nachos but I don't think I have a picture of that one. Our kids had chosen to eat else where but let's be honest kids always want fast food like McDonald's and not quality food like chicken wings. The drinks for good as well and everything was reasonably priced so I definitely recommend coming here for a quick bite especially if you're flying to Tallahassee as is right beside the gate.
