I was rushed out of this place while my husband was still eating—all because they needed the extra chair I had requested in advance, as we were carrying a wedding dress. Staff repeatedly suggested I place my belongings, including a 25-pound dress, on the small under-table purse hook—which clearly made no sense.

This isn’t how you treat guests. If you need a chair back that you provided, you find a thoughtful solution. Had we known we’d be hurried out mid-meal, we wouldn’t have sat down in the first place.

What really prompted this review, however, was realizing I double-tipped. A “suggested tip” had already been added to the bill, but I unknowingly tipped again. That’s a frustrating lack of transparency, and frankly, unacceptable.

As someone who’s worked in hospitality for decades and lives in Miami, I expected better. This experience reflected poor service and even worse...

CHECK YOUR BILL I don’t know how this place got such high reviews for the airport. Extremely overpriced, even for airport food. Paid $18 for some very “mid”, as the youthz say, chicken strips. The draft beers were egregiously priced as well. The bartender was a little pushy. What really made this a 1 star experience though was that gratuity was added into the final bill. I’m all for tipping for good service, but I’m absolutely NOT about supporting restaurants that won’t pay their staff a living wage. If you go here be sure to check your bill and you’ll see a 20% gratuity already added into the total. They’re likely counting on people not reading through the check because at the bottom, it says if you’d like this adjusted, please let your server know. And of course you’re taxed on that tip as well since it’s built into the bill....

From the moment I approached, Ariana's warm and welcoming demeanor was evident. She was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure my experience was smooth and enjoyable. It’s not often you encounter someone so dedicated to customer service, and Ariana truly exemplified excellence. Her positive energy and attentiveness made all the difference, and I’ll definitely look forward to returning thanks to her fantastic service....
