Take great precautions before you consider purchasing a Spring Free Trampoline from Recreations Outlet. The quality of this product is substandard and we have had major on-going problems during the warranty period which have not been rectified by the Spring Free Trampoline Company or Recreations Outlet. We purchased Model S-155 for our son. The trampoline is a medical necessity due to sensory needs and we purchased this since all forms of advertisement including media spots on the Ellen Show, website and testimonials supported that this was the right product the meet our son’s needs. We were deceived and unsupported by Recreations Outlet when the plastic rods began to split and break. A second Spring Free trampoline was installed and within two months, the rods began to break again. Both Spring Free and Recreations Outlet refused to refund our purchase price when the product failed. In addition, Recreations Outlet went as far as to dismantle the product, leaving is strewn across our lawn since they indicated the product was “unsafe.” We were told that the product would not work for us and our only option was to purchase replacement rods, install them ourselves and try to sell the trampoline on the internet to someone else and in that way try to recoup our losses. We now have managed to try ourselves to put the trampoline back together so that our son can jump on it, but fear how long it will be before we must dismantle and throw the entire unit away and spend the purchase price of over $2,000 to install a spring trampoline in our yard. Buyer beware – this warranty is not supported and the unit will fail, even on level ground and with the maximum weight requirement of the jumper well below the noted amount on...
Read moreWe bought a play set and had it installed by Recreations Outlet seven years ago. The process went extremely well - from inquiries, to purchase, to install, and after. When we had a concern about one part afterward they came out immediately and addressed it, no (well, hardly any) questions or hassle. We were so impressed with their service, responsiveness, and install that we went with them again 4 years ago for a basketball hoop. Same great experience. Knowlegeable and helpful staff, from inquiries prior to purchase, to pre-install evaluations, to installers. They never missed a beat, no hassles with scheduling, they showed up as planned every time, got the job done and done right. We now have a need for a replacement canopy for the play set (hey, it lasted 7 years in the blistering sun and rain, that's more than we ever expected!). We weren't sure if they would even have them or not, but after a quick chat inquiry they confirmed we can purchase a replacement. We have nothing but great things to say about Recreations Outlet, they are reasonably priced, very helpful, knowledgeable, capable, reliable, everything you'd want or need with this type of purchase, and the products have held up very well to A LOT of use (we have 2 boys, and they have a lot of friends). We...
Read moreGreat place for kids to burn off energy for an hour or two! No video games!! This place serves as both a store and a recreation area for kids. Kids can play for up to 2 hours at a time for $7 (M-F) or $10 (weekends and school holidays) on trampolines, outdoor playsets (but indoors), air hockey, foosball, slackrope, swings, towers, ping pong and more. Rain or shine, cold or wet, you can get a break while your kids get the sugar out of their systems without damaging their brains by playing video games!
If you're looking for a spa , trampoline or playset, they also sell them there, so you can shop while they play, and prices for everything they play on are posted right on the items. Be warned, though, you're looking at thousands of dollars for what they sell!
My kids had a grand time playing on the sets and trampolines, and they actually made themselves a bit sick by spinning themselves on the round swings built into several of the set, but they drank some water, had an antacid or two and were back at it AND wanted to spin again! Go figure!
Unlike Scene 75 and Lazer Kraze, where you pay per attraction, this offers an all-in-one experience at a...
