When they say "Stress Free Parties" they absolutely mean it!! We recently had my son's 16th Birthday Party here and it was FANTASTIC. Our party planner Lauren was patient and knowledgeable, she walked me through all of the options available, provided suggestions based on my comments and wishes. She was incredibly organized and always quick to respond! When we arrived to the facility it was very clean and inviting. Our party planner Nicole was so lovely!!! She went out of her way to be helpful and was never more than a quick wave or call away. She helped us with timing, set up, food selection, and flow ideas phenomenally. Working the pin deck was Drew who helped us with shoes, balls, and lanes. He accommodated our lane requests and shoe swaps (bowling shoes never seem to match your normal shoe size) without a single complaint and even helped out running food orders! Payton, our bartender extraordinaire, was quick and attentive and incredibly apologetic when the bar was out of Jameson (terrible news for me) even offering to help me select an alternative beverage (necessary when you have to wrangle a group of kids ranging from toddlers to teenagers). She was awesome! We took advantage of the upsell to all day passes and what a deal!!! Our party (scheduled 12-2) extended until 8pm because the kids were all having so much fun!!! I will say the staff on the arcade side were definitely team players, the attractions were a bit understaffed, presumably because the place was a bit dead for a Sunday, but one trip to the counter and someone was running over to assist. If I had one complaint (besides the lack of Jameson)it was that the bar on the arcade side wasn't staffed which meant traveling all the way to the pin deck side for a beer! At the very least a walk around cocktail server( like at the casino) would have been very helpful!! All in all EVERYONE had a good time. The staff made us feel valued and prioritized. The staff at Scene 75 was efficient, professional, and incredibly kind. Trust me when I say I am PICKY and we will DEFINITELY be back. If you're wondering where to book a party...LOOK NO FURTHER...
Read moreIf i could give zero stars, i would. Everything was fine until we went to eat at the restraunt. ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO DO WITH THE STAFF- BUT THE ACTUAL GM JERRYD HARRIS. We sat yourselves. Took the liberty of going back to get menus once i realized it looked understaffed. Had to flag a busboy down to get some waters twenty minutes later. Come to find out, the lady behind the bar is usually maintenance & was supposed to be training... except she was LITERALLY ALL ALONE serving, & bartending. I have worked in the food service industry & can relate, so i asked the server to get the manager when she could to talk to the discuss how someone training learns anything when nobody is there to teach the proper way. As i turn around she tells me the mngr is walking through the restraunt. He heads outside as he SERIOUSLY IGNORES the server & sits outside for ten minutes. THE BUSBOY THEN CONTINUES to tell the manager we would like to talk with him... I AM NOT EVEN KIDDING when JARRYD finally decided to come inside instead of addressing the problem HE WENT BEHIND THE BAR & had an attitude with the training server.. As if she wasnt already overwhelmed. MY BOYFRIEND HAD TO APPROACH THE GM JARRYD HIMSELF. Then Jarryd was on his phone while we were trying to talk to him.. & said he was contacting the servers "boss"... The responsibility of smooth service falls on the GM- when the 'boss' on duty blames the training staff.. I just confronted the situation & told him he is not doing his job. PERIOD. At this point, Jarryd & my bf are exchanging words- then Jarryd started rushing towards the door, saying we were trying to dine & dash... NO WE JUST WANTED AN APOLOGY for your lack of management? Jarryd took my boyfriend to the office but I guess the choice of words upset the GM & he kicked us out. We did not have an opportunity to pay our bill- but made sure to tip the busboy (Nick) & bartender/ server (Janelle) $10/ea & i left my phone number so that the CEO could contact me instead of taking it out of the staffs check. I have left a voicemail for Regional Operations Manager.. Anyways, cool place- just go to a...
Read moreTook my boys and a friend there today at opening (11am) and had my worst ever experience there. I had two previously used cards I wanted them to scan to check the available balance. I got answers of $400, $200, or $150 on just one of the cards. They didn’t know if this was money to use or a ticket balance—-how is the system that complicated or you are untrained to understand it? One of my kids brought the card in question back to me saying there were no credits to use. I scanned it at a self serve kiosk that was af that point running as none of the 6 or so units they had were running when walked in at 11. The kiosk told me the card was invalid. At this point I had no trust or energy to approach staff and just bought a new card and continued. 20 minutes into our visit I saw an employee running one of the cars around the track but apparently they had no employee to run it for customers until 12:45pm. They did not have anyone running the bumper cars either and the bounce house was closed for planned maintenance. They have two of the big container of large balls that you drop the 3 peg are to try to get one. One was out of order an then thd one that was working only had two balls left in it both pushed to the outside corners that the dropped mechanism could not even possibly reach. The bar was closed and could expect that but even the slushie counter had no one to run it but yet as I walked to the front desk, there was an employee just standing there leaning against it talking to the guy running it. This place needs a complete overhaul of staff and logistics to operate it. This was a ridiculously expensive 90 minutes spent there effectively going little to nothing of what was anticipated/planned. No parent wants this mess after they tell their kids they are going and even more so for a parent of a special needs son who can’t process my explanation that Scene 75 just dropped the ball about a...
