Friday 1/19/2024 Milford Burger King on Old State Route 28. I ordered the chicken fries meal, 2 kids meals, some desserts, etc. and it gave me the worst food poisoning I have ever experienced. I want a full refund and I am taking this to the health department. I believe it was the chicken fries that made me so sick. They were cold and the consistency was off, but I was starving and it was dark. So I just put bbq sauce on the chicken and ate it. Within 10/15 minutes, I knew that something I had eaten was not right, my stomach started churning. I barely made the drive home before I passed out while literally crying about how bad my stomach hurt. The next 24 hours were a blur with non-stop vomiting and the absolute worst migraine headache of my life. I thought I was dying. If I wouldn't have had small children at home with no other available adult, I would have called an ambulance for myself. This is completely unacceptable. I was a RGM for 3.5 years and I never served anything if it wasn't fresh or cooked thoroughly. I want a refund and I will never eat Burger King from Milford again. Also, I have talked to numerous other people around this area who have also gotten food poisoning from this same location, RECENTLY. Along with stories about how the employees play Hackie sack with the chicken nuggets that they still then serve to guests (witnessed by an old employee of mine). This store needs shut down NOW and whoever the RGM is, they need fined and extensive training on proper food handling procedures. Read moreEmployees too busy gossiping about a movie to get the order correct. SMH .. Called store to discuss with the manager and they just set the phone down and NEVER CAME BACK!!!!.. I sat on the phone and listened as they served customers for 20 minutes! Hung up and called back but line was busy because their phone was just set down off the hook for the rest of the evening (7 hours).

Took another chance on this burger king tonight. That was a mistake. Went through the drive through. Ordered two combo's and a large onion ring. Manager Shane Turner was working the drive through. We got our food and paid in less than 5mins. Then took our food home 2mins away from burger king. Open the bag. No onion rings. No receipt. What we did receive had obviously been sitting under a heat lamp for for way too long. Disgusting. I called the store. My call was answered unprofessionally by Shane. When I asked if I had called Burgerking he hung up. Again he answered unprofessionally. This time he did say that he was Shane Turner at Burger king before he hung up again. I called back. He finally answered professionally. I explained what was wrong with our order. Shane offered to put us down for a credit for an onion ring and a fry. I asked only an onion ring and a fry? He got an attitude when I asked about the rest.

Read moreI went with my grandma to pick up three mobile orders. We wait in a line for like 30 minutes to an hour. We give them the three names on the orders. They tell us to pull up, and eventually we get to the window. We got an order that my mom had placed, that we didn’t even know about, then we get my grandma’s and Grandpa’s order. After they hand us those three orders, they look at us like “why aren’t they leaving?” I’m still waiting for my order, which was one of the names that we told them at the speaker. My grandma is telling one of the workers we’re waiting for my order. She has to repeat herself to the guy working window and eventually he gets another person to come over; they ask what we were waiting for, and I tell them I’m waiting for my order, which was a Whooper, 2 things of cookies, and an ice cream soft serve, in a cone. It takes them a few minutes trying to find my order. Luckily, they found it, but I don’t appreciate that they lost my order.
