Starting off putting this review in an hour ago. Had to stop. So now that I'm doing it I took a look at the last two reviews and I have to say I'm shocked but not shocked that even the last two reviews alone had one Star exactly like how I'm rating. I will update and possibly increase the rating depending on what happens after this. I would like to say first and foremost do you ever read this, please do not respond with some automated message IF you really care. Plz ACTUALLY do something about the issues that you see on Google reviews & reach out to people! First I want to say I'm not sure what it is about Taco Bell's, but the Eastgate location and this location is terrible! I'm only saying this because I'm not had ONE successful trip since I had tried to do four separate Uber eats pickups between the Eastgate and Milford location just in the last month. Every single time it's been a skate that I've had the issue with up until this morning at around 2:15 a.m. on June 2nd 2024.
I received an order. Went to pick it up here at the Milford location YES at this address. I pull up to the speaker and was not greeted at all. I thought that was odd but I sat there for a few minutes and nothing happened. So I drove up to the window and I can hear water running and pans being moved around or washed etc which obviously let me know that somebody is in there or workers are in there. I even did something I've never thought of doing before or what attempt to do until tonight. I opened up my car door and knocked on the window. Nobody came up to the window. I started to reverse to go back to the speaker to give it one more shot. As I began to back up I saw a car come around that was going to come up to the speaker. I opened up my car door and I asked them if they were picking up an order too. They said that they were just there to order food. Struck up a conversation with that person for about 30 seconds. I asked if they knew that online it shows that they are open till 3:00 a.m. and the girl replied by saying yes. She also said which I thought was weird that she had tried calling and nobody picked up. After that She only waited for about a minute behind me and she left. I still sat there for a minute or two and tried to get somebody to respond. I started to pull for it again and as I approached the window there happened to be a guy who was passing by and caught a glimpse of me. His name was Gabriel I found out. I told him I was there to pick up an order and he said they close at 2:00 am. I told him that it shows online that they are open until 3:00 a.m. he responded by telling me that he is aware but he doesn't know why that it shows that they're open till 3:00 a.m. because they are only open until 2:00 a.m. and IF they truly are open until 3:00 a.m. which by the way online indicates that they are open until 3:00 a.m. on Fridays and Saturdays like a lot of other fast food restaurants that stay open a little bit later on those particular days because it's a weekend, and Gabriel said, IF we are open until 3:00 a.m., my GM has not said anything to me and they need to update us and let us know. He said, in fact I plan on asking my GM about that tomorrow which I'm assuming he meant today. At the beginning of the conversation he said that he's been aware of this for months. But towards the end of the conversation I asked him how long this has been going on for? He then said for about a month. What did he mean by that? After he made the statement about the GM needing to let them know if they are open until 3:00 a.m., he said that that needs to be done so that they don't have to keep turning away a bunch of people who are coming to pick up orders or others getting food. I lost out on more than $15 because of this. Either way Taco Bell needs to update google, their site, & employees. *Notice in pic how ordering a screen is lit up? But NOT...
Read moreThey are constantly understaffed, wait times are excessive and lately I've experienced a lack of professionalism with the staff. Last night I placed an online order to be picked up at the drive thru since the dining room had just closed. When I arrived there were almost 20 cars in line. I would have left but I had paid for my order online. I sat in the line for 70 minutes, I should have just taken a loss and left. When I finally made it to the window the girl that was working it spent her time criticizing the company, co-workers and management, telling me how many people quit or got fired for being on drugs, dropping F bombs right and left and then instead of getting my food that was sitting there ready she excuses herself and went to the bathroom. She was gone for a while so finally someone walked to the window and gave it to me. Unfortunately when I was partway home I looked inside the bag and I received the wrong food. I was so aggravated but there was no way I was going back to sit in that line again. I will be taking a break from visiting taco Bell in Milford for a while until they get their issues worked out. It's a shame though because my daughter is a vegetarian and she loves their vegetarian options and eats there quite a bit but my last 3 visits have been terrible and each time I received something wrong in the order and last night the entire...
Read moreMy fiancé and I ordered. We had gotten two beefy melt burritos, ONE with no sour cream, Baja blast ZERO, and a crispy chicken taco combo Thank goodness I wasn’t a diabetic. We didn’t get either things we asked for. Then the cashier, Makaela V., (this wasn’t our first bad experience with her specifically) asked if we had the 2 crispy tacos, and we said yes, the meal. She didn’t tell us our total, proceeded to proceed with the payment, and realized it was messed up. She blamed us for it saying “You said you didn’t get the 2 crispy tacos when you clearly did” in a distasteful manner to say the least. She threw her headset, dropped multiple F bombs loud enough for everyone to hear, and instead of getting the mild we asked for, out of spite she gave us like 50 hot and 50 fire sauce packs, one mild. She has zero customer service skills, and I am not going back. She does not listen to orders, throws a hissy fit like a nine year old and blames it on the customer. Nearly half the time we go there we come home with something wrong, we shouldn’t have to be the ones to double check our order every single time. Management needs to find a new cashier lady because she does not care about the image of herself or...
