Chick-fil-A — Restaurant in Miami Township

Love Chick-fil-A! NO OTHER FAST FOOD RESTAURANT can touch their chicken! It's REAL chicken & not some fake small smashed flat patty version of chicken that you typically find at other fast food restaurants.

I also really dig the fact that they are closed on Sundays! What other business do you know that's in the food industry that does that? I like that they are not only thinking about themselves on Sunday should they want to go to church etcetera, but they are thinking about all of their employees when it comes to that. With a lot of jobs so many employees have to sacrifice their Sundays and they are not able to attend services that they would otherwise attend just bc they have to work! At least gives the option for each employee to decide for themselves and they dont have to worry about it!

I find that a lot of these locations are professional. The food is always good. The employees are nice. I like how they even have an outdoor drive through system that's different than every other place where they have an employee or to outside in booths which speeds up everything! One would think that other businesses would adopt something like that knowing that it would allow more customers to come through in a quicker way which means more $ for the company itself!

It took covid for the majority of businesses to make a beneficial change which is the " to go " option or Uber eats, side pick-up etc...who ever would have thought it would take a pandemic for business to find a way to make their business better! I am saying all of this bc this company seems to be the one company that knows how come up with beneficial ideas for both the business and the customers and they do not necessarily need to go through a pandemic in order for them to make that happen!

Overall I support Chick-fil-A. They are my favorite when it comes to at the very least getting a chicken sandwich and more! Maybe other business should use Chick-fil-A as an example for their own business as they could stand to learn something from them when it comes to treatment of employees, and customers and the business itself! That's WHY people are willing to wait in very long line everyday all day long just to get their Chick-fil-A! It's that good all around!

It's Chick-fil-A.

Some drive thru people had to wear these funny tent things to keep out of the rain. First off... Its weird they have humans be the Drive Thru things to begin with. But to see them dancing around in these clear phone booth type things made me laugh sooooo hard. I kid you not they were dancing. Or at least spinning.

Then they have some dude live in a shed. And his only purpose in life is to give you a receipt and confirm your order. Like don't get me wrong the redundancy is kinda nice because it makes sure my order is correct. But I find it funny they make them live in a tiny house like he's a hobbit. The little heater and the little fan they have in there. Its kinda cute. But mostly funny.

Then 2 girls give you your order. One for the drink. And one to CONFIRM AGAIN your order and then hand it to you.

Then they say My-Pleasure in unison like twins or something. Its odd. It makes me smile in that really embarassing akward way because you partially feel embarassed for them in a way but you know they are doing that unironicly.

The place always has staff. Do you know what food places don't have staff? Everywhere else. All other food places can't even keep employees. So Chick'fil-a MUST be doing something right. They have people PATROL the eating area just to refill drinks or to say nice things about your unicorn hat (I like my unicorn hat). Arby's, Burger King, Tacobell, listen up because the Chicky-Flee has a leg up on all of you when it comes to the food game. I will pay the extra dollar for my combo just so that it is right and tasty EVERY TIME.

Food was good. Then again it IS Chick-fil-A.

What the heck am I doing with my life writing this long review. Hopefully the dudes and dudettes at the Chick-fil-A can appreciate this review.

And uh... You gotta any of...

Always great food, friendly staff, and fast service. Never in my life had a complaint about chik filet but today we dined in and had our son, he wanted to play. They let us bring in our chipotle (my wife and I) while our 3 yr old are chik filet and wanted to play indoor play area.. Well as soon as I sat down to start eating I heard a husband and wife (I assume) complaining about a salad or something and as I sat there eating I don't think the conversation stopped about it even AFTER it was fixed , they continued to ONLY talk about the issue even more like it wasn't fixed and the entire time i ate I listened to them and was biting my tongue so hard not to burst out on the man and woman both but in a Christian based place with lots of children around; I wasn't gonna handle myself that way.. So as an hour later almost were going to leave, and The couple and I think their child were walking away from the registers all happy and smiling eating an ice cream cone getting their refund and I think a gift card... It's sickening to see people like that in which their entire meal was based around a conversation complaining, then complaining again about it after the fact, then going to get as much free stuff as they could. As clean cut as the couple looked in my eyes, they're trashy to me and i hope I never have to sit in a place around them again as they were MIND NUMBING.. As far as chik filet. You guys are awesome! I don't know ANYone that's ever had a complaint and if they had and you had fixed it..It wouldn't STILL be messed up because I'm sure you guys would handle it properly which is why I KNOW these bums were just tryin to get free stuff. Sick the way this world is coming to.. Although the man did need a haircut so I wonder how he's gonna pull this one out of...
