If I could give zero stars I would! I paid off several items through them and they continued to harass me after item were already paid off. They even went as far as stalking my social media pages and contacted my friends on their about my account. I can not believe the fact that they thought it was okay to reach out to people on my fb account!!!! It's one thing to reach out to the references I gave them already, but to reach out to people on my fb that may or may not have direct contact with is ridiculous. BEWARE THEY WILL STALK YOU AND YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA ACCOUNTS!!!! And don't get me started with the psycho who worked their and banged on my door so hard it knocked pictures off my wall and not only destroyed the pictures but left cracks in my tile floor!!! This place is a joke! i understand it's a buy here, pay here, but when a customer pays off several items triple the price then what it should be, you would think you they would have a common understanding about when someone loses a job and they either have to chose paying them or getting their son's medicine the child wins every time. Before anyone says you knew the terms, I did and your are right, however I was only 3 payments away from having the item paid off and had already put thousands of dollars into an item that should of only cost me $900. That being said they should of worked with me a little better considering I was a loyal customer up until that point and paid off 5 other items prior. Treat customers with some dignity and respect and then maybe, just maybe they would respect you. You are lucky I didn't take you to court for invasion of privacy, (I did contact them and ask them not to contact anyone of my friends off of FB and they did anyways, I told them they could only contact my references) and for the damages I sustained from your employee. This company is joke. Go elsewhere to rent to own items. Aaron's or RAC our way better and actually understand when circumstances come up and work with you!!! My opinion this place need...
Read moreI've had both good and bad experiences with this company, so am mostly leaving a neutral review. Some of their products have been great and others have been a frustration, especially when an item is defective. Such as, I leased an expensive phone, which was leased to me defective from the start. When I returned the item, the next day, to tell them I had received a defective phone, they didn't have the same device for me to use as a loaner phone, but showed me super cheap, cracked and beat up phones, as their loaner phones, and expected me to pay the same weekly price while the phone I paid for was being serviced. When I protested the loaner phone price, they talked very rudely towards me, saying I should not expect the same device as a loaner phone, even though that's what I paid to use, and what they expected me to continue making payments on. They shouldn't have given me a defective device to begin with, which made this whole experience very upsetting to me. They then told me they no longer give out loaner phones. Again they leased to me a defective phone from the very beginning. I had to cut my losses and let this company go. I was able to find a better phone for the same price at Rent-a-Center, who have taken a whole lot better care of me. I had been a customer with R2O for several years, when this incident occurred, which made me feel like they didn't care about keeping me as a customer at all. I guess they felt they had gotten their money out of me after all I had paid out to them...
Read moreI had set up an appointment around Monday to set a delivery and the only day that seemed to be available was today 11-3-18. I had my brother in law there to make sure someone was home be between 9 and 11. Clearly i mistaken one digit on my boyfriends cell and nobody could reach me, which Is completely my fault. I asked multiple times why nobody came, i was already informed no one could reach me so i didnt need to hear that anymore. At that point shouldn't an email be sent. That was my mistake i had no idea about and felt a secondary reach out should have been made. i work 7 days a week as well as my boyfriend who is off Sundays so i already knew that day was not going to work for your office. My issue is that what kind of employee tells a customer that the delivery crew just " couldn't come" with out a reason then make me out to be in wrong for my mistake for the phone number, she informed at first i couldn't have the money back because she " already had picked up the couch", again, why no delivery? They just couldn't was the answer i got. at that point i am livid and upset because i felt like me even going to get couches was not important and no one cared. If a car broke, or someone was sick i understand , but people just cant tell customers they just couldn't...
