Romar Center — Local services in Miami Township

Horrible service. Cold food. Tried calling in a to-go order a girl answered and I was left on hold the first time for 10 minutes and the second time the same girl answered and I waited on hold for 15 minutes and no one ever came back to take my order. I drove up there and asked for a manager and the lead cook came out and said he was a manager and acted like it was no big deal. This is one of MANY IHop restaurants losing customers at a high rate because they have no employees waiting on tables. Managers, dishwashers and bussers are trying but not trained to wait tables and if upper management would shell out a few dollars on waitresses they would make a huge come back.
