I brought my necklace in to be fixed because the clasps broke. They fixed it for $20. When I got home and took the necklace out, I realized they gave me a necklace that was x3 longer than the necklace I brought to them. I went back the next day to ask them to fix it and they charged me $36. I tried to explain that wasn’t fair, and asked how fixing the necklace cost more than the actual necklace. Especially when it was their fault.
