Subway — Restaurant in Miami

Hands down the worst Subway in Miami. Avoid at all costs. Came in at 1pm and they had 2 ladies working who are either new, incompetent or don't care.. maybe a mixture of all 3. I literally stood in front of the glass waiting to order for 20 minutes. During those 20 minutes, one person was cashed out. One.

Watching these ladies move like molasses makes me feel bad for the owner, who could be tripling his revenue if had the right systems in place.

Worst part of it all, neither of them greeted me the entire time. Insanely awkward. Line of people behind everyone muttering "wow I'm never coming here agaua" and the ladies are just building Togo orders and baking pizzas at one might describe as a "snail's pace". If you want quick, convenient and friendly.. this is not the place for you. Yes, I speak Spanish. Being friendly is universally understood. They should not be working...

Manager was a joke, must of taken a 2 minute customer service course. After waiting 15 minutes to pay for my meal because the power went out and the system is apperantley decades old to reboot. We were told it would probably take another 30 minutes. The employee behind the counter was willing to let us to take our meals as we told him we lived just minutes away and would bring him cash instead. The manager on the phone said she couldnt do anything and that we were lying and wont come back to pay. REAllY??? It couldn't have been more than 15 dollars. Really bad customer service not to mention there was other customers waiting to pay. Needles to say we just left and wont...

Every time I go in there I have to walkout without ordering anything. Last two times I came I left because of horrible service. They have a regular employee (no manager) running the entire store. Employee doesnt speak an English and its so frustrating to order or to ask questions about sensitive things like diet or allergies. I ask simply questions about price and the lady replies..”Eh??
