Ive had the pleasure of purchasing several pieces of furniture (entertainment unit, sideboard , coffee table, dining table and 6 chairs) this year from Floridian Furniture. I had recently completed a home renovation and needed to update some of my living/dining room furniture. The entire process, from selection, ordering to delivery and installation was excellent. I dealt with the owners Benny and Joyce and they were true professionals, patient and willing to give as much or as little advice/suggestions as I needed. They have a good amount of furniture on display but they deal with all the major manufacturers in Italy and they are able to order pretty much anything you need. I had visited one of their local competitors in the design district prior to coming to Floridian and from both pricing and service, Floridian was far superior. The service provided by Benny and Floridian Furniture is unparalleled. Not only do we love the couch we purchased, we are blown away by the service. Benny was very helpful through our ordering experience. He kept us informed of transportation delays and provided us with priority delivery when our order arrived to their warehouse. When there was an issue with the manufacturing of one of the components of our couch, Benny constantly followed up to ensure the issues was resolved was resolved to our standards.
