Great experience with the people at Seahorse Blue! The onboarding experience is clear and smooth. All relevant info is well indicated on the website, rates are as indicated with no hidden fees. A staff member contacts you by text prior to your reservation to provide you with clear details about the pick up location (map and photos) and make sure that the proper paperwork is filled. A link to the boating certificate is provided on the website and a link to the waiver is sent by text, so easy to fill everything before coming and send the team all they need. Then you get picked up and brought to the location on the bay where you’ll get your jet ski! The bay is beautiful and there is plenty of space to have all the fun you want!! I’ve been to about 3 Jetski places here in south Florida but none has been as great as this experience with Seahorse Blue Jet Ski Rental. Susie was amazing. She was so helpful assisting me with all the paper work. When we got there captain Raul welcomed us and was very nice during our ride to the Jetskis. When we arrived the crew welcomed us and we rode the Jetskis for about an hour. We had a blast and felt safe. It was so easy to book and go all on the same day. I definitely recommend them. This is my second year using Seahorse Blue Jetski Rental and they are still the best! If you want to know which company to use in Miami for a GREAT TIME, choose them. We loved every second, we also loved having a member of their team on the water with us to take pictures and videos to capture our ride!!
