Sedano's Supermarkets — Attraction in Miami

Sunday 6/30/24 had the worst experience in this supermarket Number one the butcher shop didn’t have according to them any top sirloin steak which I find very odd. Seems like they didn’t want to go to the job of pulling it out. and second as I went to pay, the lines are extremely long, not enough personnel so I decided to go to the customer service, which I was told that I could pay there or in the bakery and the lady that works there and this is why they say that most Spanish people rude my own nationality was the rudest person I’ve ever had a take care of me in a supermarket you don’t see that at Publix or Winn-Dixie so this place inexperienced people shop in the deli and customer service was horrible I only had 11 items in my cart, but she seemed to be friendly with people. She knew regularly there and making faces about me and my wife having too...

The sedanos at 4803 sw 8th street is god awful. Their motto should be “abandon hope all ye who enter.” Every trip to this store is an odyssey. The only thing consistent in this store is the awful customer service. Usually four to five employees standing around while lines form and customers go ignored. A manager flirting with some random viejita, while ignoring the growing lines.

On family holiday, we needed a few supplies and stopped in to stock up. We found most of what we were looking for though with the shortages on things lately... We also found a myriad of things that we've never seen before, some of which we bought to try out. The place is a very cool neighborhood grocery store, only thing that came up is when I paid in cash.
