As someone with a discerning palate and a deep appreciation for refined cuisine, I must say that NOI Chef Restaurant exceeded all expectations. We ordered the Spaghetti Bolognese and Spaghetti Carbonara in Rosé Sauce, and both dishes were nothing short of exceptional.

The Bolognese was rich, balanced, and hearty clearly crafted with patience and high-quality ingredients. The Carbonara Rosé was a delightful surprise, combining the creaminess of a traditional Carbonara with a subtle, tangy tomato finish that elevated the entire plate. The pasta was perfectly al dente, and the freshness of the sauces was undeniable.

Presentation was elegant yet unpretentious true to what you’d expect from a chef who respects both tradition and creativity. The attention to detail, from plating to service, was impeccable.

Came to eat here bc my good friend said this is a great Cuban/Italian place with only 9-10 tables and the chef and his wife are the only ones that work it, and that the food was amazing. We made a reservation and the hostess/Wife sat us and then she explained the history of the restaurant. As we looked at the menu we were brought 2 croquettes on the house, and as I looked at the menu I saw all the amazing Italian pastas and Risotto’s I had my mind set on the seafood risotto but then she went over the specials and of course my favorite Cuban dish Rabo Encendido (Oxtail Stew) I could not decide u til the chef came out and told me I can have whatever I want and he would make it for me and so I asked if he could do the champagne Risotto with the Rabo encendido he said of course whatever I wanted, and he did. OMG!!!!!! It was amazing he added some fried plantain and rice with black beans. After this amazing meal he came out to talk with us and had a Limoncello, and another desert liquor with us as we talked as if we had known the family for years. My wife and I loved this restaurant and have already shared it with our friends and family so we will be back many more...
