Excellent, best service experience thus far. CARLOS was amazing, I brought my two SAMSUNG tablets last minute to have repaired for CHRISTMAS on DEC 23. Out of four other shops, TECH STOP was the only place that promised to have my devices done by the 25th. CARLOS was supposed to be closed on the 24 th (CHRISTMAS EVE) but opened up just to be able to finish our order. He was sent the wrong screen to fix one of my tablets and he personally searched for the parts locally, went to pick them up and complete my order. Not only that, but his prices were less than half of everyone else I contacted (for two broken 8"screens and a new tablet battery) I wish I could give 10 stars. I went to a well known company and got a warranty for my cracked screen. They fixed it ,and with a small drop in some water, my phone was messed up again. The same company then told me that my warranty would not cover fixing my phone. I went everywhere, and when people heard water, they refused to fix it, because the said they don't cover water damage. I was referred to go to tech stop by a T-Mobile employee and it was the best decision I've made. Not only was it inexpensive, but they were very professional and quick. I rarely write reviews but this time, I really had to! I went to Tech Stop because my daughter dropped my phone early in the morning and broke the screen. I was leaving on a business trip later that day and needed my phone. I took a chance and stopped by Tech Stop. When I told them my story and emergency, they quickly took care of the problem and fixed the screen within minutes at a very reasonable price!
