Miami Ironside — Attraction in Miami

Cool place. Unfortunately, Ironside decided to team up with Professional Parking Management to fleece their customers out of more money via privately-issued parking tickets. Yup, those Pay-By-Phone signs in their lot are not city-issued. They were put up by Ironside. So while you're spending money at their complex, they’re not only charging you to park, they're also praying you overstay your meter by a few minutes so they can bill you an additional $45 to $85 via a privately-issued parking ticket. Don't let them tell you it's a "third party" doing it. Ironside hired PPM and shares the profits when people actually pay those "tickets."

DO NOT Go !!! They will rob you with their parking system!! They have a huge big empty parking lot to serve the stores and they are very aggressive and do everything to get you to pay. I stopped by for 15 mins to pick up a package from one of the stores. I was told by the store owner that I had about 15 mins or so grace as they have a camera in the parking lot where they watch everything.. 2 weeks later I received a letter demanding $85 from them for a parking violation.

Rented the venue here for an event. Worst experience we ever had. Management is terrible to work with. They were hard to reach from beginning to end, we had a situation that happened to us and paid one of the payments one day late, and they hit us with a huge late fee that they did not want to remove no matter what, we were a nonprofit, we tried everything and they were being extremely rude and hard to work with. When it came time for the event, their security showed up 'LAST MINUTE' we had people just walk in because there was no security since the security was late.
