This place has drastically gone down hill since the change in management from a few years ago. Atmosphere is run-down, dingy and dirty. Food portions are noticeably smaller and unappealing. Parking situation is virtually non-existent and customers are forced to park on street or cross busy Biscayne Blvd.

Service is hit or miss, depending on who your server is. If you have the misfortune of being served by the short-tempered little woman in a sushi chef cap with the bad attitude be prepared for an unpleasant experience; I think she might be the manager by the way the other servers react to her.

I went with a friend for a birthday lunch. After placing our order and verifying twice with her that she got it right, she brought the food to the table and it was not what I ordered. (I'm vegan and she brought out a beef dish!) I told her that this was a mistake and since I don't eat meat, not something I ordered or ever would order. I asked for Basil tofu, definately not the beef dish she brought me. She kept insisting that I asked for beef, when clearly as a vegan, I did not. She was essentially saying I was lying and that I was wrong and she was right. I was getting nowhere with this unreasonable woman, and she never acknowledged that she made a mistake or offered to change my order. We had no choice but to leave, and eat somewhere else. I no longer recommend this awful establishment. It's really a shame because at one time it was very nice. (Most of their 5 star reviews are from years ago) There are plenty other options in Miami.Take your business...

Since I relocated to Miami from Philadelphia by way of Washington DC, I have been trying to find a good place to get some Drunken Noodles and Green Curry. Unfortunately, the search continues... The Drunken Noodles were over cooked and dried out. I haven't tried the green curry but Im not optimistic about the experience. We also got the beef basil and that was pretty good. I would defnitely get it again. Overall, the food was ok. Nothing to brag about and not comparable to Philly or DC Thai restaurants but this is literally the BEST OF MIAMI so far... although I have only been to three Thai restaurants so far hahahahaha.

The service was also pretty bad. There was literally one waitress for a Sunday afternoon "rush hour" in which 7 tables were full and an elderly gentleman was waiting for his takeout. At one point, a watched a party of 5 get up an proceed to the door after waiting approximately 10 min for service. It was only at that time did the waitress acknowledge them and pull out her notepad to take their order. I overheard the gentleman state that were "going to try something else". The waitress said something in response that I could not hear and then he replied "no. its ok. we just didnt see anything we wanted".. Poor waitress, she was trying her very best but there was no way she should have to cover this many tables by herself. Maybe someone called out. Seeing as though this was my first time here, I will give it a second...

I order through DoorDash While making the selections of food I desired . The App. States special instructions please call. As instructed I called and said I have a couple of questions, the team member seemed to be really short, Team member stated, “Excuse either place your order or order through DoorDash, I stated I have special instructions for my order for my online order through DoorDash. Nevertheless, I expounded on the facts o f being rude doesn’t help you or me.... I am really Big Customer Service.... Being Humane or kind to someone whom you don’t know or ever met acquaintances with should a courtesy to any Human being. Especially when I am frequently visitor to Miami... Nevertheless, I told the lady thank you.. Inspire of attitude the young lady attitude, I proceeded to order online. The food was extremely good, aroma of the food reminds me of a sushi restaurant back home. So, I didn’t make a mistake in disregarding my first encounter.
